I purchase member mark products quite a bit and am very happy with the quality. My husband is a big fan of this cheese. I purchase it often to cut into cubes for a snack in his lunch. We’ve also shredded it to put in Mac and cheese (the grandkids fav!). Highly recommend

Sharp Cheddar is a lovely flavorful cheese, and I always like having some on hand for my favorite recipes. I store in the freezer until I use it. Freezes well. Best in recipes when shredded.

Nice to cut up and just have on hand for a snack with some grapes.

Good sharp flavor and creamy texture.

This cheddar holds up well in the fridge after opening in plastic wrap or a ziplock bag. The texture is midway between young/rubbery and aged/dry/flaky, with a medium sharpness. For an affordable bulk cheese, it is an exceptional choice for cooking, as it doesn't separate when melted, isn't overly stringy, and retains its full flavor. Perfect as an omelette filling or for mac-and-cheese. Also shreds pretty well.

We normally buy block cheddar only from Shelburne Farms in Vermont, but on a whim decided to try this one. It is excellent with surprising robust flavor and sharpness not ever found in a large block cheese such as this one. It's not Shelburne Farms 4 year old cheddar, but well worth the purchase and not just for the price.

We slice it and have it every morning! Great in Eggs, on Toast, Cheese and Crackers, mac and cheese, and toasted cheese....

These 3 items are a must in our household. Sams club can be relied on to have them available. The quality is great and price is very reasonable and affordable

This is a nice cheese - goes well with everything a name-brand cheese will. It will separate the oil a bit if left out too long but it doesn’t seem to dry out as fast as other cheeses do.

The cheese is not a sharp cheese. It should be labeled as mild. As a person who lived in dairy country for most of my life, I know cheese.
