One of my regular purchases on nearly every trip to Sam's. Great taste, excellent in casseroles, savory baked goods, sauces, and on its own.

I thought I was buying the cracker sized cheese but this is a full size block. We cut it down into the size we like and it's perfect.

The cheese is not a sharp cheese. It should be labeled as mild. As a person who lived in dairy country for most of my life, I know cheese.

I love Cabot products, but I tried this for less money, and I rarely am not pleased with Member’s Mark products. This was another good one!
