This is great Parmesan cheese. Shaved and quick and easy to use. I use it on many coating, casseroles and salads!!

good taste, melts well, and per package instructions freezing after opening is recommended- freezes beautifully and portions can be taken out as needed.

This makes for a great chicken caesar salad! It does NOT melt well, so I would not advise this for cooking at all. I tried it in a cheese sauce and as a pizza topping, no luck getting it to melt right.
