Addictive, rich tasting, thick shreds make a salad into a filling meal. Excellent melted on pizza, pasta, bread or vegetables, too.

I love this cheese on my salads. Such a nice blend of my favorites. So good I find myself snacking on this cheese by itself!

I'm a many time repeat customer. The cheese is flavorful, so I don't need to use a lot which keeps the calories down but the enjoyment up.

This is not always in stock but when it is I purchase it. It is the best shaved cheese on the market. The price is great.

This is the best! And it freezes well, if you get an extra bag. Goes well on any pasta dishes, soups, and salads.
