This combination is do delicious. I love the fact its shaved and not shredded. It keeps well in the refrigerator and can be used for so many things. It even melts well. This is a family favorite in my house.

This is the most delicious cheese blend and very hard to find in this large bag. My salads are just not as good without it. I use it on every salad where appropriate.

We’re skeptical about grated cheese because we don’t like the additives. We tried this for our gourmet pizza and it’s delicious. It’s a perfect blend of flavors without any additives. We will be using this as much as we can!

The bag is huge; I’ve been adding this delicious cheese to everything — baked zucchini wedges, yes please! Wish it had a longer shelf life; only 6 weeks on the package I ordered for curbside pickup.

This bag contains thin cravings of cheese and holds its shape. I used them sprinkled in a salad, as a topping for pizza and casserole dishes or further shredded into dips. The flavor is smooth and as expected salty.

This makes for a great chicken caesar salad! It does NOT melt well, so I would not advise this for cooking at all. I tried it in a cheese sauce and as a pizza topping, no luck getting it to melt right.
