BelGioioso Shaved Cheese Blend 1.75 lbs.

Since I usually grate cheese fresh when I need it, I was skeptical of this product, but decided to try.  I am SO glad I did!  The combination of these 3 cheeses provides a great bite, it melts easily on hot pasta and keeps well.  This product is definitely on my list from now on.

The taste is great, but the hunks of Parmesan are too big and didn’t melt well on an omelet.

Great for risotto. Beats plain old parmesan. I use it in Mac and cheese, too.

They were out of the PARMIGIANO REGGIANO that I typically buy, so I thought I would try this. It is absolutely awful! Tastes like plastic. I tried to melt it and it wouldn’t melt. Don’t know what this is, Because it sure isn’t cheese!! don’t waste your money.

What is this?!?!

I use this cheese blend for my own tomato-basil pizza and it is really great.  Unfortunately it is not always stocked in my Sams Club so I buy extra and freeze it for later use.  This all still work well and the freezing does not affect the flavor of the blent.  I would give it 8 stars if I could.
