Wow!! Incredibly fresh and tasty! Added a small handful to a bowl of hearty tomato soup. YUM!! I think this is an excellent price for this high quality cheese. I won't bee without it again! Can't wait to melt some of garlic bread!! You will not be disappointed with this product!

Since I usually grate cheese fresh when I need it, I was skeptical of this product, but decided to try. I am SO glad I did! The combination of these 3 cheeses provides a great bite, it melts easily on hot pasta and keeps well. This product is definitely on my list from now on.

This is a favorite shredded cheese blend. It has large flakes of cheese as well as small shreds. Great distinctive flavors of each cheese. Love the Asiago with the Parmesan and Romano. Tasty and melts well. All natural with no additives or preservatives.

Good cheese, nuff said lol! They make great cheeses and care about their product! ypu can call them directly, and they will answer any queation you have about any product they sale. They are a kind company out of Denmark, Wisconsin, answered my question (none of their cheeses contain pork enzymes, fyi). great people who stand behind a great line of cheeses!
