I love this cheese blend. Though it says it is for salads, I use it in cooking as well. It melts very well and has great texture. It is so much better than the shredded cheese I used to get. This shaved cheese blend is delicious and a great value, so I always have some in my house. One time I recently went to my local club, and I was so disappointed they were out of this cheese! I am glad it was not a permanent decision to take this great product off the shelf.

Bold and stinky (in a good way), it's my favorite product sold at Sam's Club. This is a fantastic shaved blend for almost any application. Make mind-blowing homemade croutons, sprinkle this over the croutons the last couple minute or so. Your salads will never be the same with a handful of this tossed on top. Take your pasta to a new level. It blows away grated Parmesan. Even eating it by itself is a real treat. I keep my fridge stocked with it. It's truly a game-changing product for the home cook.
