I use it to make cheese crisps. Spread on parchment paper on a cookie sheet in clumps and bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes or until crisp. Delicious as chip alternative snack or topped with bruchetta. Great for those on keto plan.

This is an amazing product. My favorite pairings are with the Sam's club lightly salted mixed nuts and in half egg white/egg spinach omelet. Best taste, ever. Try it. :)

I don't write review that often, but I LOVE THIS CHEESE! Great in so many dishes and I also like to just eat handfuls of it. Great price and excellent product! My favorite cheese blend ever!

I love this cheese. You get all different sizes in the bag and it has many uses. I throw it in salads, use it for pasta and even just like grabbing a handful and snacking on it. It's so nasty and has a nice texture as well. Delicious.

First time I tried I thought it may have been a 'one off' as a big chunk of the cheese already looked hard/not fresh upon opening. Unfortunately it was the same 2nd time around. Even saw some start of mold on portions of the cheese.

I put a thin layer in an 8" nonstick skillet. Brown and crisp before flipping to crisp on other side. Let cool. I then add a quacamole mini cup, lettuce hot sauce, etc.

I have not used any other cheese on my salads since I tried this shaved cheese. It's especially good on my big mac salad. Now that I have home grown tomatoes, I add it to my tomato salad. I use it in my frittatas.

The bag is LARGE, so i devided it, and packed into snack size bags then grab one from the freezer whenever i need one for a recipe. I dont like freezing cheese some cheese texture changes but this freezes well. So much better that grated powder!
