Best cheese for alfredo

Half the package was completely dried out cheese. While the good cheese actually tasted good, wasting half of it does not make me very happy.

From the moment I opened the bag it smelled moldy. No visible signs of mold, but it’s an unpleasant smell. I won’t be buying this again.

Im so glad I tried this cheese. Best taste. Doesnt have cellulose like all other bagged cheeses. Definately a must!

I bought this earlier this week. It's amazing on vegetables, ceasar salad wraps, heck even by it's self.
