Im so glad I tried this cheese. Best taste. Doesnt have cellulose like all other bagged cheeses. Definately a must!

I bought this earlier this week. It's amazing on vegetables, ceasar salad wraps, heck even by it's self.

Half the package was completely dried out cheese. While the good cheese actually tasted good, wasting half of it does not make me very happy.

I don't write review that often, but I LOVE THIS CHEESE! Great in so many dishes and I also like to just eat handfuls of it. Great price and excellent product! My favorite cheese blend ever!
