Absolutely awful! gross, smelly plastic. Close to expiration, got moldy in a few days. Would not buy again.

Bad flavor, Became Moldy in a few days

the flavor, oh so good!! it is more than we can use before it goes bad, but we found out you can freeze it in small zip lock bags for the future. love it so much, will buy it again!!

Great for added flavor to any meal.

This is a REPEAT buy for us all the time. You will not be disappointed.

They were out of the PARMIGIANO REGGIANO that I typically buy, so I thought I would try this. It is absolutely awful! Tastes like plastic. I tried to melt it and it wouldn’t melt. Don’t know what this is, Because it sure isn’t cheese!! don’t waste your money.

What is this?!?!

I use this cheese blend for my own tomato-basil pizza and it is really great.  Unfortunately it is not always stocked in my Sams Club so I buy extra and freeze it for later use.  This all still work well and the freezing does not affect the flavor of the blent.  I would give it 8 stars if I could.
