I purchased this chese before and do not remember it being this strong. Purchased today 9-20, with an expiration date of 11-10. Is this right because it seems like cheese last a bit longer. Not sure, might just be the brand. Also, it didn't not melt well over the broiler. I may return it!

Odd taste

They were out of the PARMIGIANO REGGIANO that I typically buy, so I thought I would try this. It is absolutely awful! Tastes like plastic. I tried to melt it and it wouldn’t melt. Don’t know what this is, Because it sure isn’t cheese!! don’t waste your money.

What is this?!?!

I use this cheese blend for my own tomato-basil pizza and it is really great.  Unfortunately it is not always stocked in my Sams Club so I buy extra and freeze it for later use.  This all still work well and the freezing does not affect the flavor of the blent.  I would give it 8 stars if I could.
