I BOUGHT THIS A FEW DAYS AGO. HAVING NEVER FLAT WHEELS, ELEC START, A READABLE GAS GAUGE, AUTO CHOKE, A BIG PULL HANDLE. HAVING A REMOTE START PARING BUTTON, SAVES A LOT OF TIME. A DUAL SWITCH 120/240 IS VERY HANDY. SO GLAD IT HAS ALL THESE EXTRA FEATURES. WORKING GREAT NOW AND I HOPE FOR MANY YEARS TO COME.

I purchased this as part of winter weather preparation. Looking for something that wasn’t too expensive but provided plenty of power for our needs. This is fantastic generator that fit our expectations. Hope we don’t have to use it during a storm but I know we can really on it if we do. Really like the dual fuel feature and large fuel storage. Have not tried the propane set up yet but so far it’s been really easy to use.

I bought this when our power was still out from Helene. I have owned similar ones in the past and this one by far has been the best. It was a great value for the money. I like the electric and remote start. Being able to use gas and propane is awesome and convenient when the gas stations were out of gas. Its quiet too! My only complaint is that it doesnt come with the wheel kit. ...

Mid size generator that has good fuel consumption. Has some dents in it from shipping but will not affect operation. Has a Li ion battery so it not required charging too often, also it is charged when the generator runs. Be aware that you must change the power plug location when selecting 120 or 240V output. No plug adaptor, extension cord or wheels come with it. It is heavy enough that you will have to get a wheel kit. Also the handle is a little low so be prepared to bend over while moving it.

I bought this in March and only used it a handful of times and the rest it was stored in a shed completely covered. This past time I went to go use it and it would not start no matter what I did. I changed the oil, I replaced the spark plugs, I cleaned the filter.. I did literally everything the manual said to do and it still will not start. I realized it has a three year limited warranty so I am going talk to the warranty place and hopefully they can get this exchanged or refunded. I'm wanting to get an exchange though over a refund because I planned on using it more frequently and this is very inconvenient, especially after start of winter. this is the second Westinghouse generator I've owned and I never had any issues with the first one.if everything works out,I'll definitely change my rating.

A foot of snow fell & we lost power for a day. Had a lot of food to worry about, but mainly concerned about the sump pump not working in basement, which would have caused a flood situation. Very happy to find one of these available, & the instructions were simple & well explained.

I bought this generator after a "hard" winter freeze and power outage. I heard and read plenty of good reviews. So, i am happy to have made this purchase and know that i have the proper generator in case of another power outage. Plus, i can use in my utility shop whenever i need to.

Filled all fuel receptacles, pushed appropriate switches and buttons, used the remote access key and within a few tries (brand new) started right up. Impressively quiet too. Windows closed, on other side of house, can hardly hear it. So far So godd.

We just bought this and found assembly easy to follow along with descriptions. We haven’t used it yet but with power outages recently from tornadoes wanted a backup plan. I am unsure of noise levels but most generators have a running lawnmower sound so that’s to be expected . It should be able to power all the things we need and the price was right for us.

Bought this for upcoming hurricane season. Put in the gas and oil, and it started right up with the electric push button. I was amazed at how quiet it was while running. The manual is thorough and easy to understand. If you have further questions, the website has an extensive FAQ section. I also like that it doesn't take up a lot of room to store.
