I bought this for me 22 month old son full size bed. It worked well, but I didn't like the bulk between the mattress and box spring, and the 2 end points when the rail is collapsed so I returned the item. It worked well for the little time I had it and it was very sturdy.

I like the extra length on this product. My only complaint is the mart that goes inder the bed right at the rail is very bulky and makes the bed lopsided... we had to put some 2x4's under the other side o it wasnt at an angle. but this prduct serves its purpose.

Great product for the price. Is fairly sturdy and withstands my three year old using it to pull herself up onto the bed. You should be aware that if the bottom of your mattress is lower than the side/bed rail, you won't be able to fold the side down and slide it under the mattress. But, if your bed is built that way, I don't imagine any fold down type rail would have that ability. This is not a problem for us, don't know that we would have folded it down often anyway. Instructions were a little difficult to understand, but fairly intuitive.

I bought this for my 2 year old granddaughter when she didn't want to sleep in a crib anymore. We already had a twin bed in her room. It went together without a problem. She got to sleep in it for the first time last weekend and loved it. I felt very confident that she would not fall out of bed. And when she left, I slid it under the mattress and its gone. Great purchase!!!

I just ordered it few weeks ago and got it a week later. It's very easy to assemble it and only takes at least 15-20 minutes. It is just perfect for our bed and looks like exactly the same with the picture from Regalo. I'm very happy and satisfied with it.

The rails are long which I like when you have a toddler who sleeps all over the place. However, we ordered two and both came in last night with the zippers broken and the fabric torn. I don't know if they were cheaply made or if someone broken during packing at the warehouse. I hope that I do not have a problem taking them back.

My husband was bedridden with cancer and end stage dementia. He couldn't stand and would try to get out of bed so to keep him from falling I needed something that went almost the entire length of the bed. It also was very reasonably priced compared to the medical supply places for the elderly.

This Bed Rail works very well, is very solid but has a big design flaw. The problem is in the inner chambers that hold the rail/fabric, these two chambers lie under the mattress. It is built so you can fold down the rail/fabric and hide it under the bed and that works well. The chamber that holds the unit is 1 1/2" tall and this distorts the mattress above it. It puts the mattress on a slight incline and the mattress has to bend over the two chambers. IF the chambers were only 1/"2 high this could work but they are way to bulky to "hide" under the mattress. I am returning the unit. Other than the chambers being so big under the mattress it's a great piece of safety gear and is built well.

Regalo seems to be the #1 provider of bed rails within the United States per various websites. The unit was received and assembled within a reasonable period of time. The photos on the exterior of the box & website show a railing at a 90 degree angle: straight in relationship to the bed. It isn't. It's very tilted. The railing tilts inward towards the bed and looks silly and would frighten a child because of its position. I returned the railing.

We bought this rail to put on the kids' queen bed, and it is really long, compared to the length of the bed. It is also quite sturdy, and hides away and drops down, depending on your preference. We would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs a long rail.
