Scanning the documents to my computer was a breeze. I can add my stack of documents and it will scan to the folder and keep it organized. It’s the perfect addition to my office.

I am very, very pleased with this scanner. I have worked with all-in-one (AIO) Cannon, HP, & Epson scanners in the past & found Epson’s scanner to be the fastest, but clunky with Mac software. The RR-600W is my first use of a dedicated scanner & it has left be with a huge positive impression. I have scanned hundreds of documents in the past & this has converted hours into minutes of work. First, unlike every AIO I have worked with, this can use 5GHz wifi, drastically increasing speed. Second…Duplex scanning is a huge timesaver…no sorting, & no speed loss. I can use the touchscreen to select the applicable computer to upload to & the computer can handle dumping massive amounts of documents of many standard sizes to include receipts up to legal format, & it does it automatically. Epson designed their own management software, but included Kofax Power PDF for both Windows & Mac as an option. I import using epson to a folder, & you can target that folder with any software you want. The scan speed is terrific…it feeds as fast as dropping a sheet on the floor. Overall, I am greatly impressed & this is definitely worth every penny if you do even a moderate amount of scanning. I tend to have tons of papers in folders or laying around. This was a problem solver for me. First, unboxing and set up was fairly easy. What I like the most is the multiple pages auto feeder. This is a life saver. Also, it actually scanned fairly quick. I think I scanned between 25-35 receipts and other documents. The double sided scan saved me a lot of time versus having to reinsert the receipts and documents. Another plus is that it’s compact. It’s easy to place it without requiring a lot of space. The wireless capabilities are good. You can use it with ICloud, dropbox, and other handy document savers. The touchscreen is another thing that I love about it. The menus were self explanatory and no delayed touch reaction. The only issue I had was the wifi connection. After several tries I was finally able to connect. I think a ethernet connection would be better. Overall, it is a good product.

This scanner is easy to setup I didn’t need no help which is huge for me I was able to set it up quickly. the size of this is convenient you can place it in any corner My work space is small so I was able to get it fit in a small compact space by my desk. The scanning features are great you can scan a two sided document you can place any size receipts. also you can place more than one document/receipt etc to scan it’s definitely a time saver. it’s very nice and high quality work gets everything done quickly The touchscreen is quick and responsive you can adjust your settings this way and enjoy this great feature. You can also use usb memory drive to transfer scans to your email. Also simply connect this to WiFi which is my favorite feature makes everything so much easier. This scanner is very practical and is exactly what is needed at home, it is very easy to configure both the scanner, as well as the wireless connection, it has a large touch screen 2 inches high by 4 inches wide, on this screen you can you can adjust its brightness, background color, sleep timer, and other scan settings. It does a great job on all kinds of documents, whether it's color, black / white, or grayscale. If you are looking to scan receipts, scan many of them as this scanner makes high quality scans of many documents at once and even those of different sizes, this is the ability to scan two pages at a time and its speed. Best of all, you don't have to worry about handling USB keys all the time. With the change in work access while Working From Home, this scanner has been an amazing upgrade. I have had various scanners before and the quality and speed are by far my favorite. One of the reasons why I prefer this model is the touchscreen capabilities, my favorite. I did not realize how convenient this feature is and if your current scanner does not have a touch screen, I would reconsider. Setting the device was easy for any one of any level of knowledge on setting up any device. I opted for wireless setup as my office desk is small and I wanted the scanner to be close but not next to my laptop. I love how the software is able to give options do double sided scans very quickly and the image quality can be adjusted based on the detail desired. I opted for 300 dpi on my scans. Receipt scanning is a breeze, as long as you have the guides setup properly. I have been searching for a scanner that is easy to setup as well as easy to use. The scanner came well packaged to protect against damage in shipment. The instructions provide were easy to follow and the software you download is very user friendly. I use a MacBook and most hardware you purchase is not compatible with them. This scanner is not only compatible but it works very well with them. The scanner was also very easy to setup the wireless feature according to the directions. I also like the size of this scanner, my desk is pretty full so having a compact design was a plus for me. Literally it took about 5 minutes to get it out of the box and setup and fully functioning. I use a scanner to put in my receipts for my small business. Within minutes of taking it out of the box I was scanning in my receipts. It has a nice size touch screen that you can choose where to send your scanned documents or whatever you are scanning to. The options include your computer, iCloud, as well as a thumb drive. My favorite feature on this scanner is the ability to input data and integrate it with quick books which is a huge time saver for me. I like to digitize my life, and I was looking for a quick and efficient way to digitize my receipts. I already own a flatbed scanner and that was taking way too long. Then I came across the Epson RapidReceipt RR-600W printer. The device is very compact and is made up of three parts. The printer itself along with upper and lower tray components. Once assembled Epson directs you to download their Navi software, which helps you setup your printer quickly and efficiently. Once things are setup, you can use Epson’s ScanSmart software or the ample touchscreen display on the printer to navigate and organize your documents. You can scan single sided or double sided (duplex), and the RR-600W is very quick. The software includes an invoice/receipt manager that lets you store and organize your important invoices, with a link to QuickBooks if you want to take it one step further. The RR-600W also offers storing files on network FTP folders, USB devices or your favorite cloud services like OneDrive or Google Drive. You can even directly email documents you’ve scanned directly from your printer. One of the biggest drawbacks of this product was the software itself. While I was able to quickly set it up the first time on my personal laptop, Epson’s Navi suite didn’t detect the printer on my desktop computer. I had to directly connect the printer through USB in order for it to be detected. First time users would also likely have to adjust the scanning speed when they are dealing with stapled documents or double feeds. Overall I would still recommend this product for small businesses or folks you like to better organize their digital lives. Its compact size, fast speeds and rich features make it a valued addition to your work desk.
