I have been searching for a scanner that is easy to setup as well as easy to use. The scanner came well packaged to protect against damage in shipment. The instructions provide were easy to follow and the software you download is very user friendly. I use a MacBook and most hardware you purchase is not compatible with them. This scanner is not only compatible but it works very well with them. The scanner was also very easy to setup the wireless feature according to the directions. I also like the size of this scanner, my desk is pretty full so having a compact design was a plus for me. Literally it took about 5 minutes to get it out of the box and setup and fully functioning. I use a scanner to put in my receipts for my small business. Within minutes of taking it out of the box I was scanning in my receipts. It has a nice size touch screen that you can choose where to send your scanned documents or whatever you are scanning to. The options include your computer, iCloud, as well as a thumb drive. My favorite feature on this scanner is the ability to input data and integrate it with quick books which is a huge time saver for me. This scanner is truly plug and play. It did not take more than a few minutes to set this up and start scanning. The scanner is ready right out of the box! Being eager to test run this scanner, I ran my first scan without the instructions to see how user friendly it is, and it did not disappoint! The menus on the scanner touch screen are easy to read and are self-explanatory. The first scan I tried was a double-sided color page. The scanner moved extremely fast and the default quality of the scan was tremendous. I previously used an office printer/scanner combo and to do a double side scan meant clearing my schedule for the afternoon. I run a company by day and a tax practice by night which makes the exporting of images to other software packages a must for me. This scanner includes Epson Smart scan software that can scan, file, OCR, and export captured images and OCR data to many financial software including Quickbooks, Quicken, Turbotax, Excel and CSV files. I love that this scanner accepts multiple sizes of pages all in the same stack of papers to be scanned. Other scanners I’ve used do not allow for this meaning I had to sort and separate the various page sizes before scanning. The only downside thus far is now my coworkers all want one! I run a construction company and decided a few years ago to get rid of the filing cabinet, and while not 100% successful, we still have a very small filing cabinet, this receipt scanner has made a huge difference. Not just receipts though any document that fits is quickly digitized and stored in the cloud, so much less paper in my life.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros 1. Scans in high resolution, but I haven't had much luck in properly importing the receipts in Quickbooks or Turbotax as advertised. The software to do that is free however. 2. Scans two sided documents fairly quickly. 3. Wirelessly connects to PC/Mac. 4. Overall a good scanner if you simply want to convert receipts to PDFs, especially if you have a large number of receipts. Cons 1. Doesn't handled wrinkled/folded receipts well. 2. Software for importing to Quickbooks etc needs to improve 3. Mobile app support is limited. Rating 4/5 for personal use. 3/5 for business use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was very easy to get set up and installed. As far as the look and weight of the scanner, it is fairly sleek, compact, and light. I like that it is compatible with cloud programs and other document storage companies (Drive, Dropbox, Box, etc.). On the other hand, I wish that it was quicker to save multiple scans. It's also helpful that it can scan 2-sided (quicker than I thought it would). The screen is a little small, which led to some mistake clicks, but I guess that's the tradeoff for the compact size of the scanner. Overall, I'd give it an 8/10.

All sizes of paper go through the scanner so easy.The ability to control the the DPI and color to gray scale is so easy to adjust on the fly. I would highly recommend this scanner. The Epson RR-600W is a fantastic scanner! I work in accounting, and part of my job involves scanning documents on a high capacity scanner for uploading to my company’s intranet. So, I know a thing or two about scanners and how one should interact with them. This scanner provides for a perfect user experience, and I’ll tell you why. First of all, it is so easy to set up. I couldn't believe how a scanner that does so much could be so easily setup! The directions on how to set up the scanner are displayed on its touchscreen, which is a very cool addition because most scanners don't have touchscreens. Second of all, it’s wireless; so, you can print from anywhere in your house if you connect it to your wireless network (which, of course, you should!). Third, it's duplex feature is awesome and greatly adds to your productivity. Fourth, it can scan very swiftly without jamming or double-feeding. Finally, it's receipt scanning ability is far and above any other scanner I've ever dealt with; it doesn't tear the receipts and produces very clear images. I could really go on and on about this scanner, but I believe that succinct reviews are superior to ones that read like a novel. After using this scanner, I’m extremely impressed! The first thing I love about this scanner is how easy it was to set up. I simply slid a few parts into the main unit and was ready to start using it. I decided to primarily set up my scanner for emailing and found this process to be quite simple as well. All I had to do was enter my WIFI information and add a recipient into the machine. Within seconds, I was able to send documents and receipts via email. The fact I can send receipts is also super convenient. It makes it easy to keep track of my purchases. Additionally, when I’m wanting to send my documents to other people, it’s super simple to add additional recipients. I’ve really appreciated the fact that this scanner can be used completely wirelessly. It takes a ton of hassle out of dealing with bunches of cords. I’ve also really enjoyed the fact that the scanner is completely touch-screen operated. This makes it easy to customize my scans and quickly send them to the people I desire to. The duplex feature is also great so that I don’t have to flip through a bunch of documents to completely capture the information I’m wanting! In general, this scanner has made life so much simpler and easier! The quality of this scanner is also stunning. Every single page I’ve scanned gets transmitted crystal clear to the recipient. I haven’t had any issues with the scans being too blurry. The glass inside the scanner is obviously well-designed. Another huge benefit to this scanner is how quickly it’s able to feed pages into itself to scan. It feeds papers though faster than my printer is able to scan. Another great benefit I’ve enjoyed about this scanner is how compact it is. It fits perfectly on my desk. The overall design of the product is also quite sleek and elegant. If you want a high quality scanner for a reasonable price, I totally suggest the Epson RapidReceipt Scanner. I save my receipts and invoices from everything and have been using a small handheld scanner, and using the Epson totally made my life so much easier. I could load 25-30 receipts in one shot and have them done by the time I did 1 on the handheld. It was very easy to set up, so no fear if your not technologically inclined. The 4.3” touchscreen is clear and easy to read. And if you think you have big fingers you should have no problem using it. It’s small and compact so doesn’t take up that much room on your desk. All necessary cable are provided with the scanner. One major plus is that its wireless so no wires running to your computer. I would suggest you download and install the software to your computer before you plug it into your computer. I have yet to download the app for my Google Pixel4xl, but I believe it should be just as easy as my computer, which is a Lenovo Idealpad. Having the choice of where to save it is great such as your computer, One Drive, Google Drive, a USB Stick or email.
