I put this together today and tried it out. I got hung up on one part of putting it together but a video on YT showed me the error of my ways. Also, don't forget to plug it in before you think it isn't working! It is that quiet. Also, very light. And a lot smaller than my comparable powered gas pressure washer. FYI it has several pressure settings but I didn't get one specifically for soap. Other than that, it is everything I expected so far.

The product performs as expected and does an excellent job. One suggestion for improvement would be to offer a backpack-style version. Positioning the intake and output nozzles on the left and right sides of the unit would make that design practical and more comfortable to use. Also the little plastic wand and spray gun holder need a better clip to hold the plastic caddie in place.

I bought this April 1, 2026 it is now July 2026. Not joke this unit is easy to use and has helped me keep our new 2-story home clean. I purchased many of the attachments as well. 50ft hose, wand extender and gutter cleaner. I recommend getting all at the same time to make cleaning easier.

I bought this power washer about a month ago. I immediately put it to use on my cedar deck using the 25 degree nozzle. All dirt and grime were removed - wood looks like new. I am thrilled with the results especially considering the amount of time since my deck had been thoroughly cleaned last. I also used on my cement patio and the results were great - also looks like new. The power washer contains multiple nozzle sizes so you can tackle any job.

Surprised at how small it is. Nearly half the size of some other brands with even less power. Used it on my patio pavers, works very well, especially with the turbo nozzle. Will wait for the surface brush to arrive so I can make an easier work of it. Overall, happy with the washer so far. The only thing is the lower gun holster keeps popping off. It should have been designed to be installed from the top, not the bottom. Else the locking tab is too weak. Will contact support .

Easy assembly and setup. Nice assortment of nozzles to choose from included. Super stable design. Easy to use and plenty powerful. Only complaint so far is the tray the wand rests in when stored, it falls out very easily. Not a great design for that part.

I bought the ePX3500 2 days ago and used that day. Easy to assemble and all parts plus 5 washer tips were in the box. I was impressed at it's power for such a small machine. It did a fantastic job cleaning ground in dirt on concrete patio, front walk and front stoop. Doing Review for 5 bonus washer tips. Only gave 4 stars for I've only used once. Hoping it last a long time.

This is a quality and powerful product. I use it for everything from washing my car to cleaning the deck. It has not failed me. The power rating is spot on and powerful enough to day to day cleaning around the home and on par to a gas powered power washer. I am happy with the purchase.

Just bought this for household projects. You get what you pay for. It works well for home use small projects like cleaning driveway and brick pavers. Not sure if it would work for cleaning chipped paint off the deck to restain or not. But overall so far I’m satisfied.

This unit gets it done. It has enough pressure to get the concrete clean and comes with enough nozzles to do other tasks such as washing your car. Only negatives, short unit so storing assembled spray nozzle is difficult. Also, holster/holder for spray nozzle comes off to easy. But those are minor problems.
