very easy to assemble with good instructions. I used it an hour after it arrived and power washed the gutters and downspouts. They are like new. This power washer has 5 different nozzles it comes with for all types of jobs. Loving it.

Surprisingly powerful. Only negative is attaching the hose is challenging. You're supposed to detach the hose after each use. Might try leaving them attached to make less frustrating. Otherwise, I really like the machine.

I've just had this ePX3500 long enough to test it a little. My gas pressure washer is great for larger jobs but I found myself avoiding small jobs because it is too much of a hassle to use. This little electric pressure washer is extremely small and light but it performs surprisingly well and has very good pressure. It comes with a very long cord and a very long hose. There is storage for everything on the unit. It is super quiet and easy to move, use, and store. It appears durable and of good quality and is exactly what I wanted.

I'm retired and have a small successful automotive detailing business for extra money I started about 5 years ago. Over the years I have learned many lessons on what works best to make my job easier and more efficient. A power washer is at the top of my needs. My volume of customers doesn't warrant high end expensive machines but I've experienced the "you get what you pay for" items. And I've gone through a few or more pressure washers. Sun Joe became my favorite but they tend to fail because of leakage at the pump and wand. They're also very large and over done with eye catching cosmetics and bulky build. I chose this unit mainly because of positive reviews and YouTube videos demonstrating its performance. Well so far I have to agree it's quite the little power house. It's small, compact and to the point. I showed it no mercy upon receiving it. 12x40 feet of driveway done. 200 feet of 6 foot aged cedar fence, done. And about 40 vehicles, mostly farm and ranch trucks and it's humming along asking for more. It's build makes it even better. No more tipping over. It has 4 large wheels that easily maneuvers over any terrain. If I had a complaint it would be the hose quality. But they had to cut corners somewhere to keep it affordable. Nothing wrong with the hose. It works as designed but it made of lower grade material and for my purpose I need one that easily uncoils and can resist abrasion. But I really never gave it a chance. I already have coils of higher end commercial hose. But for weekend warriors it's fine. For its price point it's really a great deal. I'm very impressed so far.

I purchased this pressure washer 2 months ago and have had a chance to use it several times. The largest job was pressure washing a screened gazebo. It handled that just fine. I like the feature of shutting off when not spraying. It had adaquit power for the task. It seems well constructed and is fairly compact when storing. Good bang for the buck. It has a little less power than my older 5hp gas pressure washer but it's good for spot tasks like pressure cleaning garden tools, compact utility tractor, camper, etc.

It starts easily, feels well-built, and the adjustable pressure makes it versatile for different jobs. The hose and accessories are convenient, and overall, it offers excellent cleaning performance for the price. Compact, lightweight and powerful!

Just used the pressure washer the 1st time today. Everything worked fine, but the documentation leaves a little to be desired. After going through the user manual, I could not find the color coding for the spray nozzles. I had to insert/try each one to find what I wanted. Afterwards I did find the color to spray chart on a small slip of paper asking to register the product. It would seem like this information should be in the user manual or easier to find if in the manual somewhere. There were plenty of warning messages and different languages to deal with.

I am very happy with this product. It offers a decent amount of power, is not too loud, and comes with a good set of accessories. I also like the wheels. I did end up adding some quick connect attachments in order to be able to connect and disconnect things faster. People who are used to large, gas powered machines or who have to do a lot of concrete washing might need something with more power. I found it sufficient for: washing stone foundation, washing lichen from siding, removing some very old paint. It was not so good at removing moss from cement joints, but perhaps that is something very few power washers can do.

We cannot effectively rate this product yet, we just unpacked the pressure washer but have not used it yet. My first recommendation would be to place the serial number at the top of the unit in big, bold numbers instead of at the very bottom in miniscule print and without a label stating what the numbers are for.
