I'm retired and have a small successful automotive detailing business for extra money I started about 5 years ago. Over the years I have learned many lessons on what works best to make my job easier and more efficient. A power washer is at the top of my needs. My volume of customers doesn't warrant high end expensive machines but I've experienced the "you get what you pay for" items. And I've gone through a few or more pressure washers. Sun Joe became my favorite but they tend to fail because of leakage at the pump and wand. They're also very large and over done with eye catching cosmetics and bulky build. I chose this unit mainly because of positive reviews and YouTube videos demonstrating its performance. Well so far I have to agree it's quite the little power house. It's small, compact and to the point. I showed it no mercy upon receiving it. 12x40 feet of driveway done. 200 feet of 6 foot aged cedar fence, done. And about 40 vehicles, mostly farm and ranch trucks and it's humming along asking for more. It's build makes it even better. No more tipping over. It has 4 large wheels that easily maneuvers over any terrain. If I had a complaint it would be the hose quality. But they had to cut corners somewhere to keep it affordable. Nothing wrong with the hose. It works as designed but it made of lower grade material and for my purpose I need one that easily uncoils and can resist abrasion. But I really never gave it a chance. I already have coils of higher end commercial hose. But for weekend warriors it's fine. For its price point it's really a great deal. I'm very impressed so far.

It does the job. is very compact, light, and portable. I thought it was more powerful, but it has enough power to take care of different things around the house. you can't get a better deal for that price. I bought a power generator same brand about a year ago and it does the job too.

I'm happy with my pressure washer. It's perfect for auto detailing, which is why I purchased it. I wish it had a little more power for my driveway, but that's why they make larger versions of this pressure washer. I will most likely purchase the larger version in the future. Great product!!

I purchased the Westinghouse ePX3500 only a week ago and it has proven to be an exceptional cleaning tool. It did a fantastic job cleaning my house’s fascia, which was looking pretty rough after 12 months without a wash. Even though it is a super compact machine, it has the muscle to easily scrub away a year's worth of built-up mildew and grime with pure scouring force. It was incredibly easy to maneuver around the perimeter of the house, and it stayed perfectly balanced without tipping over while I worked. Between the various spray tips and the long hose, it was simple to get the reach I needed to make the roofline look new again, providing all the power of a much larger unit in a very convenient size.

Got it for Father's day and it works pretty good. We have solar panels and generate extra electricity so it made sense to get an electric one. I do find it less noisy than the gas powered one and less polluting. The soap nozzle is very low power. I started with that one and was a bit disappointed with the pressure. However, after trying the 15 degree nozzle, it was happy with the pressure it generates. For chores around the house, like cleaning the cement, the stucco, garage doors, driveway, windows, bricks, and the occasional beehive it works great!

I bought this device two weeks ago to refurbish my wooden outdoor stairs. I have owned several small pressure washes over the past 20+ years and was disappointed with several of them that claimed to have a pump auto-shutoff feature when the water pressure enable lever was released, and later failed to deliver on the claim. So far, this device works precisely as promised. The only disappointment that I have is that the assembly bolts passing through the support frame are already dripping rusty water onto the floor if the washer is tilted back and then back upright. I will have to keep a pad under the device to keep from dripping on the floor. Otherwise, the pressure washer seems to work as advertised. It is not the most powerful washer that I have owned but is appropriate for my primary task.

Wrong description. it is 2000 PSI not 2500. 2500 is the max theoretical value.

Works but not as well as expected. I had a lower psi washer before that did a better job. I use to clean cincrete of driveway, patio and to wash sides of house. They are clener than when I started but still not clean.
