At this moment I'm giving this 4 stars. I haven't used the product yet but when I received it and unpackaged the hose retainer has a design flaw. The pegs that the screws go into are plastic and one of them was broken off. It was a bottom corner one so I've been able to still connect it to the machine. Assembling was super easy!

I bought this a month ago and I have used it once. It's very easy to get started. I have used it on my house siding, soffit, gutters and brick, as well as my concrete porch and sidewalk. It works great. The power cord is fairly long so I didn't need an extension cord to reach the entire length of my house. I haven't used it with detergent yet so I can't speak to the detergent capability. When you plug in to an outlet be sure to read the plug as it tells you how to get started. It trips and needs to be reset, I guess to be sure that the trip/reset function works. I thought my outlet was tripping and tried a few times until I finally read the plug. Works great when you follow ALL the instructions, go figure.

We have only had a week and used it once. I am pleased with the job it did on our patio. It was easy to assemble, the use manual is clear and easy to understand. It seems sturdy but not too heavy and is easy to move around. The tips are easy to change and stay on. The only negative for me is the size of the detergent tank. It is small and a little difficult to fill. I had to add cleaner 4 times on the small patio. Looking forward to receiving extra tips.

Bought this unit after reading other reviews. Unit was very easy to assemble in just a few minutes. Following included operation instructions, the unit works great! Very happy with my purchase. I have purchased other Westinghouse products in the past. Very pleased.

My old pressure washer finally gave out, and after reviewing several other brands I found the Westinghouse WPX2300e. The specs and price point were perfect! Assembly was simple, and it was operating in less than 10 minutes. Overall I'm very pleased with the product design and functionality. The power is more than enough for use around the home exterior, decks, windows, etc, and with care even on my trucks and motorcycles.

Received this product about a week ago and gave a quick review that was VERY limited until I actually used this product. I used it with a Misopily Sewer Jetter Kit with a Pressure Washer Hose to clean a clogged gutter drain under my driveway. After reviewing the user manual, the setup and use was pretty straightforward. The size and weight of this washer is VERY manageable. This ALL surprised me. Power was surprising also. It got the job done and I will use it to clean out the four other underground gutter drain systems around my house. More importantly, I see other uses for this washer around the house. If I get the correct accessory to speed up the job, I will use it to clean my deck and driveway (still researching). I will also use it to wash our cars. This was a LOT cheaper than calling in someone (like a plumber or landscaper) to clean my gutter drain systems and far gentler than using a drain damaging router. I called around and did not get any results from professionals that were helpful.

This lightweight unit is strong enough for most tasks around the house. It has enough pressure to dislodge dirt form surfaces and plenty of water volume to move the dirt out of the way. It is not as powerful as a gasoline unit, but it is quiet and convenient and it has not let us down. The additive tank is too small to be useful. A hose to insert in a gallon container would be better. It is a good unit for household work.

Haven't used it yet but seems very well made. Love the wide wheel spacing. Adds to the stability. Onboard storage for the ample power cord, nozzles, and spray wand are very hand. Love that is it light enough in weight to be easily portable yet still very stable.

I was really surprised when I opened and unpacked the pressure washer. Well packed and all the parts seemed very well built. The instructions were well written, easy to follow, and I feel most people could have put it together without them. It assembled fast and easy, with no missing parts. When I was shopping for a washer, I felt most washers were just a bunch of plastic put together. Not this one, Westinghouse designed it to look and feel like you are using a quality product. Because the area I live in is cold right now, I was not able to test it, but I know it is going to work well. How do I know that? Westinghouse did not overstate the specs for this machine, so I believe it will meet the stated numbers. Thank you Westinghouse for a great product.

Just purchased this washer. It has good instructions & was easy to assemble by following instructions. I like that it is very compact. I also like that it has the 4 caster wheels so it will be very unlikely that it tips over. I've only tried it long enough to be sure it works as it should & it works fine. It seems to have plenty of pressure for my needs.
