This is my second Romba product. The other one no longer charges after several years of use. This one is more powerful and cleans longer. The new design solves the problem of collecting hair. The only issue based on my only use is that it may not pick up fine particles as well on tiles. Overall，I am satisfied.

We have two dogs who shed an enormous amount. The iRobot is able to maneuver around every nook to capture all the hair. It goes back to its station, dumps the debris, and continues on. The map scanner is 100% on target. It frees up time and increases content.

I really like this new Roomba. My first Roomba worked great, but didn’t have the mapping technology this one does. This one doesn’t get stuck on “cliffs” like my old one did. It always finds its way back to the docking station, recharges, then finishes cleaning. Love it!

I was so excited for my purchase. It worked fine the first couple of days. After that it, was, not so good. Roomva failed to go through house only went on certain parts, of house. Or just undock from station and spin in circles. I tried empty out him checking for debris, nothing seemed to work. Roonva gage me a notification that something was blocking path. However, there is nothing blocking path. At this point i am thinking that I may have just gotten a faulty one. I plan on exchanging it for another one. In hopes that this is the case.

I’ve never had a robot vacuum cleaner. So getting this one has really shown me what I’ve been missing! I’d love the fact that you can program it to start on its own or you can start it with your phone or you can start it with the button. I’ve got my rooms divided up so if I want to vacuum one room I just start it for the one room. And it’s so cute if it picks up my cat. He watches it and if he is in the robots view, the robot takes a picture of him and sends it to me stating he was an obstacle.

I love walking around the house barefoot without stepping on unidentifiable little things on the floor. I do have to empty the waste container every 2-3 days though or it becomes overfull and doesn't seem to alert me when it is. It should have a flashing red light or a beep when it is full. It does get stuck sometimes or wound up on a carpet fiber and you have to go searching under beds and desks until you find it. Overall, I like it.

No “written” instructions included so the full extent of capabilities is still unknown. Some online instructions are confusing. I do not like that you have to remove the tray completely to empty dirt, etc., as you did not have to do anything but open a latch and dump on older models. Seems to do a good job when it is running.

I upgraded to the J9 self emptying vacuum from a much older model. I LOVE this one so much and am so happy with my purchase. I love being able to choose a room or rooms to vacuum and what order I want to vacuuming them in. I also love that it self empties! We have 2 cats and a dog and it is doing a great job with the hair.

There's a reason it's discounted this much! I've had this model for over a year now and it is an absolute nightmare. It almost never works properly and in the rare case it should work for a short time, the mop feature is pointless since the tiny mop pad just pushes dirt around. I could go on forever about all of its issues. This is the second iRobot vacuum I've had and because of this model, I will never purchase another from them.

Vacuum constantly gets stuck on chair bases. The vacuum climbs on top of cone shaped table and chair bases and gets stuck.
