I had an older roomba (2019), but this was on sale and figured I’d try it out. It works SO much better than the older models, and leaves my floor looking professionally vacuumed. I have a dog that sheds a lot and this vacuum makes my life so much easier! Highly recommend to pet parents

The vacuum is not good for pet hair. Couldn’t clean half of our 1900 square foot house without leaving big clumps of dog hair in its wake. My lab is not a big shedder so surprising it couldn’t handle it. It also rolled a lot of the corners of my rugs. I returned it.

We have two dogs who shed an enormous amount. The iRobot is able to maneuver around every nook to capture all the hair. It goes back to its station, dumps the debris, and continues on. The map scanner is 100% on target. It frees up time and increases content.

Does not run over cords, but, cannot navigate. First try it gave up after 1 sq meter. Second try it did the kitchen and most of the living room. 3rd time I carried it to the far bedroom ad it could not navigate out of the bedroom. 4th time I put it in The hallway facing away from the bedroom. It could not find the bathroom or the 2nd bedroom.

This Robat is the easiest to use just set it up with a time to start and that’s all you have to do it does the rest. I got a Samsung for Christmas a couple years back and that thing never worked I replaced it 5 times until I just give up. This Robat is a beast

I’ve never had a robot vacuum cleaner. So getting this one has really shown me what I’ve been missing! I’d love the fact that you can program it to start on its own or you can start it with your phone or you can start it with the button. I’ve got my rooms divided up so if I want to vacuum one room I just start it for the one room. And it’s so cute if it picks up my cat. He watches it and if he is in the robots view, the robot takes a picture of him and sends it to me stating he was an obstacle.

Started with learning the layout of the areas I wanted cleaned. All good so far. It did the cleaning in the areas I wanted and did a good job. However, it did stop a few times when the chamber was full, so would therefore recommend the j8, the model just above this one, as I believe it has a tower that it empties to that can hold a lot more debris so as to complete the job.

Would not completely clean a room. Kept having to restart it to continue cleaning. Called customer service, can’t get anyone to understand what I’m saying or help because they don’t speak English. Not worth the price when it doesn’t even work how it should.

I was so excited for my purchase. It worked fine the first couple of days. After that it, was, not so good. Roomva failed to go through house only went on certain parts, of house. Or just undock from station and spin in circles. I tried empty out him checking for debris, nothing seemed to work. Roonva gage me a notification that something was blocking path. However, there is nothing blocking path. At this point i am thinking that I may have just gotten a faulty one. I plan on exchanging it for another one. In hopes that this is the case.

Awesome machine. I have two other Roombas (one about seven years old and still doing the job!) but this one is incredible- avoids obstructions so it doesn’t get hung up, finds it’s charging station without a problem, etc. Mobile App is excellent as well!
