After reading some of the reviews maybe I’m an oddball, but this cheese has very little taste to me. I do agree that it really clumps together. We still buy this brand sometimes out of convenience but not a fan. I really liked the frigo brand that was replaced by this subpar brand at our local club.

The last order I placed only delivered one bag, and there are two.

I love quality melted mozzarella cheese on everything. This cheese is perfect for melting - it's not dry and not rubbery, great texture and great taste. And the price is pleasing, too.Thank you, Sam's Club.

...as name brand shredded mozz you can find elsewhere. I gave it a try, and it was clumped back together into a lump of cheese. Useless when you’re looking for the convenience of pre-shredded cheese. Flavor is good, though.

This is low moisture mozzarella. I swear, a rainstorm had to have occurred in the package. It's just a clump of wet cheese.

The Frigo cheese Sams used to carry had a better flavor and melted better. This is just ok. I prefer to buy cheese elsewhere now.

Very bland, no flavor. However the big 5 pound bag tastes great. Maybe I just bought bad bags. But the 5 pound bag is shredded too big,

I'm always making homemade pizzas with my kids and this is my go to mozzarella for that perfect melt. What a great product.

We use mozzarella cheese like it’s going out of style. While this isn’t some top end aged to perfection mozzarella it’s very good for the price point. We used it on pizza, lasagna and salads and everyone was happy.

Did not taste like mozzarella, very bland and tasteless.
