Good quality

At first it seemed fine and I didn’t have a problem with taste or consistency, but in a short time both the open and unopened cheese in the bags fused together into a large lump of cheese. Took some effort to get it back to being “shredded” cheese. Never had that happen with other brands. Won’t buy again.

I did say horrible right. This cheese, if you can call it that, has some kind of weird filler in it I am a pizza fanatic. I import flour and tomato sauce from Italy. I made the big mistake of putting this stuff on a couple of my scratch pizzas. This product melts strangely, puffs up, and has a plastic unnatural taste. All of my guests agreed. I have used many different mozzarellas over the years including other brands from Sams club (which was actually pretty good). This Members Mark cheese is terrible. Don’ Buy it, Sams need to offer something genuine.

Always have this in refrigerator.

Bags are double the size of typical bags and cheaper. Bought a couple. They freeze well.

Not as smooth and creamy, does not melt as nice. Please bring back the Frigo.

Bought this several times. This cheese melts This mozzarella when melts is goooopy, wet, and has a plastic like texture and taste. Seriously the absolute worst cheese I have ever purchased. Don’t buy as you WILL regret your purchase!!!! Booooooooo

I usually get the store brand shredded mozz from other chain grocers bc I thought I was getting a good deal at about $2.50 per 8oz. Was here for other items and noticed this 2-pack. Quick math gave the disappointing news that this was by far cheaper. But...honestly, this brand could charge me the extra money! It's deliciously creamy, smooth, and has the cheese pull foodies dream for.

Used this cheese, happily, for years. My last purchase was a disaster.. I know you use something, (corn starch?) to keep the cheese from clumping, But this last batch had so much, that my hand came out covered with white powder, and the cheese won't melt. I'm wondering if this is the new process, or a one time glitch.
