Very bland, no flavor. However the big 5 pound bag tastes great. Maybe I just bought bad bags. But the 5 pound bag is shredded too big,

We use mozzarella cheese like it’s going out of style. While this isn’t some top end aged to perfection mozzarella it’s very good for the price point. We used it on pizza, lasagna and salads and everyone was happy.

Did not taste like mozzarella, very bland and tasteless.

This has an odd, sour taste. Bring back the Frigo.

An undetectable taste but if combined with parmesan and provolone, it'll be a filler.

This cheese was all smashed together in the bag. What a waste of money.
