More expensive, but better than buying a 5lb bag. I freeze my cheese and the 5lb bag gets broken down into sandwich bags and then freezer bags. This process makes the cheese stick together in a clump. These smaller bags do not necessarily need to get frozen and can last in my refrigerator without taking up too much space.

We go through cheese quick and with a bit of preparation we can separate it in to small bags but it usually doesn’t make it that long. Plus it freezes well and… it’s cheese…it taste good.

Normally purchase low moisture mozzarella from a competitor but tried this for homemade pizzas. Was not the quality I expected. The pizza was a bit soggier and saltier than usual. I’ll pass in this brand in the future. And no I don’t use Kraft.
