We go through cheese quick and with a bit of preparation we can separate it in to small bags but it usually doesn’t make it that long. Plus it freezes well and… it’s cheese…it taste good.

My family will only use this cheese. Takes a bit longer to melt, but allows to slow cook when combining with Vegetables that require a bit more cooking. Flavor is great but price could be better. 2lb block or shredded of same product run for almost same price.

I have been looking for this as it had been on back order at Sam's Club glad it is back.

We buy mozzarella cheese for our salads and add it to our store-bought pizza.

Normally purchase low moisture mozzarella from a competitor but tried this for homemade pizzas. Was not the quality I expected. The pizza was a bit soggier and saltier than usual. I’ll pass in this brand in the future. And no I don’t use Kraft.
