I bought this cheese for French bread pizzas. The cheese melts smooth and makes a beautiful finish. It's got great taste and i love the cheese pull i get with this mozzarella

This is my favorite cheese for quesadillas. 😋 And this 1lb. bag is the perfect amount to always enjoy a fresh cheese with a soft creamy texture that mix perfectly with you meals. I’ve used it in everything since homemade pizza to lasagna.

I always “multi cheese” bake. Lasagna, au gratin potatoes, mac and cheese etc etc etc.

My family will only use this cheese. Takes a bit longer to melt, but allows to slow cook when combining with Vegetables that require a bit more cooking. Flavor is great but price could be better. 2lb block or shredded of same product run for almost same price.

The cheese has a great flavor and was a good soft cheese for making lasagna.

Good price for a high quality cheese can’t go wrong

Normally purchase low moisture mozzarella from a competitor but tried this for homemade pizzas. Was not the quality I expected. The pizza was a bit soggier and saltier than usual. I’ll pass in this brand in the future. And no I don’t use Kraft.
