More expensive, but better than buying a 5lb bag. I freeze my cheese and the 5lb bag gets broken down into sandwich bags and then freezer bags. This process makes the cheese stick together in a clump. These smaller bags do not necessarily need to get frozen and can last in my refrigerator without taking up too much space.

I always “multi cheese” bake. Lasagna, au gratin potatoes, mac and cheese etc etc etc.

I like the freshness of this cheese. I use it in many dishes. I like the 2 bags for the price of one.

I like the smaller size of this packaged pre-shredded cheese. The flavor is ok, and it works in a pinch for adding to pizzas or breakfast items.
