Low fat but tastes youd never know it from the taste. The 2 pouch enabkes me to use 1 and freeze 1 for use later.

We like getting this cheese from here. It is a better price for the amount of cheese that you are getting.

Used it in a baked macaroni and cheese. Melted really good and tasted so well that I didn't have to add much salt. The price for 2 lbs was great too.
