I always freeze one bag until the other is empty and never had a problem with taste or color

This mozzarella cheese taste like a mixture of plastic & cheese, the texture is weird. It melts but I just don't know how to describe the flavor.

not as good as Kraft which you used to carry, its ok but it's very sticky and doesn't melt too good either

Low fat but tastes youd never know it from the taste. The 2 pouch enabkes me to use 1 and freeze 1 for use later.

This Mozzarella cheese is great. Melts perfectly. Highly recommend. And you get two packs for the cost of one pack at most grocery stores!

Take the work out of shredding! This cheese is ready and so delicious!! The two pack lasts a good amount and so ready to use!
