You could taste the richness in this cheese. It's the best cheese too melt or too cute up and eat it alone. I'm obsessed with it. It's easy to grate and it's the best topper to everything! I always have this in my fridge.

Tillamook cheese is the only one I will buy! It's local and delicious! It's on the pricey side but well worth it. If it's available to you i highly recommend it
