Love love love this cheese!!! I can eat it alone all day lol. It's perfect and soft. Has a great taste. I can actually eat it in a sandwich too. I love it. The price might be a little higher but definitely worth it!

Love Tillamook! I have the pleasure of living near them so this brand is everywhere. Upper end of your mid range cheeses but sooo good and so many kinds to use for anything and everything!

It says medium but it's pretty sharp still. Easy to cut into slices for sandwiches but also good to shred for all kinds of dishes. I like it on mac and cheese and on chili recipes. It's my go to cheese brand for these uses.
