Very good medium cheddar. It has a solid “cheddar” flavor, if that makes sense... we're fancy cheese snobs in my house lol so we don't often buy just regular cheddar, but when we do it's usually this one. Great fairly mild flavor to go on any cracker or to melt on bread.

I do not buy cheddar/sharp cheddar/ or white cheddar in any other brand. This stuff is so good and rich and doesn't crumble when being cut or grated. Quality stuff. I literally drive to another grocery store just to buy this cheese because mine doesn't carry it.

Always a fan of Tillamook and we have been getting their cheese since I was a little girl. It always tastes so fresh and reminds me of my moms fridge - it was always stocked with this cheese. It tastes great any way you use it - sliced on sandwiches, melted, or shredded for tacos.

Best kind of cheese for all your cheesy needs. Especially grilled cheese. Quick grilled cheese tip: if the cheese doesn't fully melt but the bread is fully toasted, stick in the microwave for a couple seconds and you'll have the perfect meaty sandwich.

Love this brand. I've been eating this cheese all of my life. The dairy that produces it is only a few hours from where I live and I've been on tours there a couple times. The whole company is oriented around their customers and delivering a high quality end product

this is such a stable I keep around my house I simply must have the same hand at all times. It's a delicious snack to just eat with tomatoes and broccoli or to add it in with my meal and dinner so I cook. It is definitely my favorite cheese, and I will keep repurchasing.

Tillamook has the best cheese. Always smooth and strong but amazing flavor. It's a favorite in my home and has been my favorite since I was kid. Their cheese always has great flavor, texture and is perfectly balanced-not too hard while not too soft where it doesn't fall apart when sliced. Always a great tasty snack or addition to meals.

5 star rating, this is the ONLY block cheese my family eats. I absolutely love how rich and creamy the flavor is. Melts very easily and tastes delicious on everything. A little pricey but worth the cost. I definitely recommend everybody try this cheese at least once!

If you've never tried tillamook cheese you are missing out! Being from the northwest I grew up eating it. I also grew up visiting the cheese factory in Tillamook, Oregon for family vacation. Needless to say I'm a die hard fan. I couldn't find it when I moved to the Midwest and never found a suitable cheddar substitute. In fact when I would visit the NW I would buy a couple loafs of cheese and bring it back with me. It has the best consistently, flavor, and bite. It's the perfect balance. It melts well, and goes great with a sandwich.
