I'm a little sad I can no longer find that extra Sharp Cheddar, but this is pretty decent for my mac and cheese. It shreds easily, it melts very easy, and it tastes really good. I don't deviate from this cheese choice with my meals. The quality is great.

Tillamook is our go to cheese for grilled sandwiches. The shreds are big enough for sandwiches or to top your dishes such as tacos, baked potatoes etc We have sensitive stomachs in our family and this cheese has never made anybody sick. My son for example will get gas from everyday cheese brands but he's never had an issue with tillamook. The taste is perfect, it's not the overpowering cheddar that takes over your dish. I love it on soups too, when it melts it's creamy not gummy-ish like other brands.

If you've never tried tillamook cheese you are missing out! Being from the northwest I grew up eating it. I also grew up visiting the cheese factory in Tillamook, Oregon for family vacation. Needless to say I'm a die hard fan. I couldn't find it when I moved to the Midwest and never found a suitable cheddar substitute. In fact when I would visit the NW I would buy a couple loafs of cheese and bring it back with me. It has the best consistently, flavor, and bite. It's the perfect balance. It melts well, and goes great with a sandwich.

This is a very good cheese for a store cheese. It's sharp and it tastes so good. It's perfect for a cheese plate! I've been to the Tillamook restaurant before and the cheese is so fresh. This is one of the best cheese brands at the supermarket do give it a try.

Tillamook is a local company to me. I could literally drive less than an hour and be at their factory, which is amazing, tourists. I love shopping local, i love that I can see where my cheese and dairy products come from. I love that the cheese is soooooo good!

I could eat this in one sitting. This is my all time favorite cheese, and I like a lot of cheese. There is no improvement needed. If you ever have a chance to go to the Tillamook factory, I highly recommend it, it is heaven on earth. Just shut up and eat this.

This is another cheese that I love the flavor the price can be a little bit pricey but it makes up for it in the flavor I like to cut it up and serve it with crackers and fruit I sometimes use it for casseroles but I would definitely buy this product again because the flavor is amazing and it melts great

I always get the big block of Tillamook when I go to the grocery store. My mother bought this cheese when I was a kid, and I won't buy anything else as an adult! The consistancy is perfect, the taste is perfect, its just great. It's a little more expensive than other block cheese brands found in the dairy isle, but I haven't found a block cheese I love more!

Tillamook cheese is Made in Oregon Tillamook Oregon to be exact. When I moved to Florida the one thing I miss the most was tillamook cheese. So much that I would spend $100 every few months and get it shipped to Florida because it has the best flavor the best consistency I just can't even say enough good things about this cheese if you have not tried Tillamook cheese you need to put it on your bucket list because you are really missing out the cheese gets a 15 out of a 10

This is the best cheese I have ever had. Its a bit more expensive than other brands, however I feel the quality and taste is worth it. It melts well, if needed. Its a nice creamy mild cheese. It goes well on a variety of foods. I buy it every time I purchase cheese. Plus for me its local!
