Great washer with a lot of great features. The size is perfect and fits a lot of clothes in one cycle. Can be connected to wi-fi and controlled through LG ThinQ app which is very convenient. Overall we love this washer.

Washer was noisy right away and now 2.5 weeks later it is extremely noisy, technican finally came out and said it was her the drum and bearings, 2 more weeks have passed and not another word from anyone. LG really stinks.

I'm puzzled....when checking zip code for delivery it states it can deliver to me. Upon verifying preferred address to deliver my checkout goes through to which payment to process. I hit submit then get an error message can't deliver to address. What do you mean can't deliver....been trying for a week...spoke with CS Sam's club states it's an issue with LG....well since no help with Sam's I had to order from your competitor to get this washer....What a Shame!!!

I bought this several months ago and so far it has worked without any issues. I like the large capacity and the steam option.
