I brought this refrigerator in July 2024 and 2 months later the freezer was not produced ice. I unplugged then re-plugged, started working for a few months. Now, not only the freezer is not working but the top is dripping water.

Its interface is not fully functional compared to android app. Its surely efficient as we can control energy consumption using ai. Its hard to replace water filter. Its too tight..freezer section is perfect. It has slide in rack to put only on rightside not on both sides. There should be automation in smartthings to let parent know that door is open notification on mobile. I wish It had a matter, zwave, and zigbee circuits build in to avoid secondary hub.like aeotec or hubitat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very convenient, because there is not tv in the kitchen, it is perfect for my wife and I to watch our favorite YouTube videos, our favorite cable tv shows, or even the weather and news while getting ready in the morning. The temperature is, i can't even describe it, it doesn't leave a refrigerator taste. The food and beverages taste as if they've actually been naturally preserved. It is a brilliant piece of technology and the app is what takes over as it being extremely convenient. I can adjust the temperature, look to see what items are needed to create our grocery list, or what items may be spoiling soon. This product is amazing. We cant say enough. We are looking to get the newer version this upcoming summer. We've recommended it to all our family and friends, in case you ask. ;-)

The fridge is very appealing pretty picture and very big but is not functional. The ice machine went out first after only having for a few months now the fridge and freezer have stopped cooling called samsung for a diagnostic on fridge told it is out of warranty.fridge is only 4 years old such a waste of money.All the food I through out plus cost of fridge I am going back to the old brands that last longer than 4 years
