I purchased a Samsung refrigerator with a smart family hub screen, and it has been nothing but a disappointment. The so-called "smart" features are more like a headache than a convenience. The touchscreen constantly freezes and lags, making it frustrating to use. The promised integration with apps and family features is clunky and unreliable. Not to mention, it comes at a premium price compared to other refrigerators with similar storage capacity. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this product.

My husband recorded himself and I did not even know it had that capability. My daughter loves to watch her shoes on it. It records what is in the fridge and let's you know when items need to be replaced. It shows you what is in the fridge. The features are endless. I also received a great deal! Highly recommended!!!!

I have linked it to all of the smart devices in my home, so I have control over things when in the kitchen. I have logged in to apps, like Pinterest, so I can pull recipes and things right up on the screen. Much better then reading tiny print on my phone. The inside is spacious and I love the interior drawer storage. The freezer setup has been great for parties, since we always have ice in different sizes available. Excited to continue finding things to do with this fridge. My daughter has loved leaving us cute drawings and notes.

I have a house with 5 people living it and this fridge is a life saver. Not only are you able to see in the fridge, enter items so people can label food, watch videos, listen to music and radio, leave messages for others, and so much more, but it's a great fridge and freezer. Functions well, looks great, and is very user friendly. I bought this with the smart washer and dryer and I'm looking at switching over everything to Samsung. How could you not want this fridge.

This fridge is terrible, first the left door won’t stay open unless you make the fridge not level and use the biggest door shim they give you…and even then it creeps shut half the time. And to make matters worse, that door doesn’t close easily and I find it open all the time wasting energy. It doesn’t even trigger the open door alarm, what a piece of junk. I don’t recommend this fridge to anyone, it’s way overpriced for what you get. Samsung needs to fix these issues and stop selling junk like this. Really regret my purchase 100%!!!

The Smart Things app is very cool. It is nice to control everything even when you are not at home. Getting a text that the fridge door is open from the fridge and app is very useful. Of course it looks great and is fingerprint resistant. Loads of ice, and different types is great for parties. The real point of interest is the screen. First, it is just cool! I have listened to audible while cooking. Access to so many apps and even cooking hints. Love that I can get a shot of what is in the fridge with the doors closed, and on the phone. Writing notes is easy and fun! This thing is really cool! Pun intended.

We decided to splurge and get the family hub which has been quite the conversation piece. It’s so much fun and we love that we can leave each other notes. The interior capacity is huge and we can keep everything organized, which really helps when using the camera to look inside and see what we have. Being able to double check what we need by looking inside has saved on our grocery bill. My daughter enjoys using the screen to draw and share notes with us. My wife uses the screen to pull up pinterest recipes and keep track of her shopping list. I loves that I can control all my smart things items from the screen. The ice options have been great too, always a perfect sized cube for any cup we want to use.

The stylish stainless steel fits perfectly with any decor. I like that it has a built-in ice maker on the door and that I can get access to crushed or curved ice and chilled water with a click of a button. If I want cubed ice or ice bites I can access the ice maker inside of the freezer drawer. The ice maker makes ice quickly, and with four choices I have never run out yet. There's so much room Inside of this refrigerator. The three shelves are nicely spaced, and the center shelf can be adjusted. I like that the middle shelf can be slid back for taller items. There are also two large clear drawers and one very large drawer located in the refrigerator. This refrigerator is so much deeper than my last one and can fit so much more. I like how deep the freezer drawers are. There are two layers of drawers. The top drawer slides back to reveal two more drawers. I have no issues fitting all of my frozen goods inside this freezer. The all-around cooling system ensures that all of my food gets the same amount of refrigeration. I love that if the doors are left open too long an alarm will sound by playing music. Me and my family voted, and the best part of this refrigerator is the family hub, We can leave each other messages, find recipes, listen to music, display pictures, and even see what is inside the refrigerator with just a click of a button. There are so many things to do and learn on this system, we love it! It's by far my best purchase in appliances.
