What's cool is how the doors work. Even if you don't have much space, the doors open smoothly. Those French-style doors are awesome because I can put frozen stuff in without any fuss. Now, let me tell you about the best part: the Family Hub. It's like a window into the fridge. It can show me what's inside and guess what? It already knows what's in there! And here's the fun part—it talks to Alexa and can control my other smart gadgets. Changing the temperatures is easy too, just a tap on the screen. And it's super roomy inside—it's like a big 25-cubic-foot space for all your food. Installing it was a piece of cake. The technicians brought it in without any trouble, and they didn't even need to take the front door off. They just moved the water pipe from the old fridge to the new one. It took about a day to get really cold. As for the doors, they open smoothly and close nicely, but I wish they were even tighter to keep the cold air inside. Inside, there are three racks you can move up or down. That's handy for taller items like milk cans. And the side doors have three shelves each, so there's a lot of space. There's a big drawer for vegetables and a smaller one for herbs. The best part? This fridge doesn't make much noise—it's pretty quiet. Overall, I'm happy with this fridge. It fits well, works great, and makes my kitchen quieter and cooler.

Other than that it seems so be good refrigerator/freezer. Lots of tech possibilities. They just added Youtube to the smart screen. you can listen to the music but the speakers are just very basic type.

I have already had 4 repairs on my refrigerator. Right now the hub freezes up, the freezer has gone out the ice maker is not working. The extended warranty I took out is a joke.they denied the claim saying late of maintenance. A service tech was just out here on March 5th. Now I am trying to get Samsung to replace it. I love the fridge but I am sick of the problems. Sucks not having a refrigerator that works. The upper part is now staying at 60 plus degrees.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this fridge on cyber Monday at a good price and we were simply looking for a replacement fridge for our old Samsung. The old one had an issue of the internal coils would freeze up about once a month. We were really only looking for a refrigerator but thought to try the smarthub system out. The refrigerator itself does what it is designed to do and the best feature in my opinion is the selection of ice in the freezer. Very nice touch,. In regard to the smarthub system, it is nice but not great. The internal cameras are limited in their view so take that into account. You do get a view of the inside and can check on your stock remotely but it's still a limited view. The TV is basic but has some nice content at times. Streaming audio is nice but would be amazing if it would connect to Sonos ecosystem such as the Arc. We love the family pics on the fridge and the calendar sync is very nice. The most annoying issue we had so far is the french doors do not close as easily as our old one and there is an alarm to notify you it is open. I find this happens almost daily with the family and is annoying. The doors do not seem to self close as smoothly on this unit. So far so good and in the end, your looking for a refrigerator to keep food cool and all these bells and whistles are for the tech nerds like me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this new fridge! It is so bright with the LED lights and the clear glass shelves make it so easy to see everything! I also love the Smart Hub feature as I get to put photos of our family on (very easily with the Smart Things app), create grocery lists, create expiration lists, and put little reminders on the fridge for our entire family. This has been one of the coolest features that I never thought I needed. I am also very impressed with the different ice features, especially the Ice Bites, they remind me of getting a drink at my local gas station and I prefer that ice over any other. The capacity of this refrigerator truly is "Mega" as I have more room with all of the drawers and ample shelf space to put whatever we want in there. I have only needed to use the Power Freeze feature once as the freezer makes plenty of ice, but I did need it for a family event and it did not disappoint. We never ran out and it made it very convenient to be prepared for the family! I would highly recommend this refrigerator to everyone!

We love our Samsung refrigerator it’s the best, love the space it has although it’s a counter depth, love the hub and the four different types of ice. We have no regrets buying it. Love love it. It is very quiet compared to the Whirlpool we replaced it with. No one will regret buying this refrigerator. Love all the shelves, especially the bottom ones on the doors, it’s like it was meant to be a hidden compartment. Our grands were amazed and love the hidden shelves they thought that it was cool. This is our third Samsung refrigerator and they are the best. Thank u Samsung keep up the great work.
