[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this frig but only feature we do not love 100% is the doors don’t close as easily as our last Samsung refrigerator.

I brought this refrigerator in July 2024 and 2 months later the freezer was not produced ice. I unplugged then re-plugged, started working for a few months. Now, not only the freezer is not working but the top is dripping water.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super fast cooling Huge capacity, drawers are easily accessible Media center (the screen) is a gimmick but kids love it Glad Samsung changed the cooling panel from plastic to metal, we have many issues with that unit in the previous refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigarator is is a really good product it is big and with a really cooling system the only thing I would change on it is the location of the spacers , the material are very appealing and match my kitchen really good, the big screen with Alexa helps a lot and it is easy to add it SmartThings from Samsung.

It is very large inside the only item I would recommend is the bottom shelf needs both doors open to pull it out. Just a suggestion for you to consider. The two different sizes of ice cubes and trays are an exceptionally great feature

The water & ice have a delicious smooth taste. I hate that they removed the Google photo app. Which was one main reason for the purchase to place my grandkids photos. I was told due to security. Other then that I love my refrigerator
