[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 2 years ago and it is completely crap. Stopped cooling and freezing. Freezer gave out first then 2 days after the tip fridge stopped cooling.

Bought over a month ago, so far so good. It is keeping food at a very consistent temperature, and the layout makes it easy to store things. It feels like I have more room than my side-door model, even thought it was slightly larger.

I bought the refer in 2016 it failed three weeks ago I called LG they dispatched a tech who arrived a week later he diagnosed and ordered parts we have not seen him since. We lost all frozen food and most refrigerated . Hence the low rating .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this refrigerator for a little over a month now and have no complaints! Excellent lighting, a lot of room, and I love having the freezer on the bottom which is so easy to organize.
