The lighting is nice-- also there is no odd bump hanging down from ceiling to prevent taller things from sliding in, near middle of top shelf. It looks great, runs well, and seems well-constructed!

There is plenty of space in the vegetable, fruit and the additional drawer for all your needs. The freezer compartment with the built-in ice maker has sufficient room and is divided for easier sorting.

I had been looking for a somewhat bigger frig with the freezer on the bottom for my tall husband. It is an excellent buy and has plenty of room for all of my fruits and vegetables. I love the deli tray which I use for easy access to fruits and eggs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator about 5 years ago. The first problem I encountered is that there is no way to remove the shelves to clean them. Poor design. The second problem I encountered is that twice in the last year the refrigerator just stopped cooling for no apparent reason. I called a warranty repair person out. He said that it was working fine now. Which it apparently was-after losing the food in the freezer and most of the food in the refrigerated area. There is apparently some problem in the system that just stops cooling and then after a while (while waiting for a repair tech- which last time I am still waiting for someone to call me back after a week) it begins cooling again. I would not recommend an LG product to anyone.

In summer we harvest our garden and use a lot of space for processing and storing fresh produce. The unit fits our needs perfectly. As with any major appliance purchase we now wait to see if it proves to be durable.

French doors open to give a wider access to the inside , and the glass shelves are adjustable , love the glide and serve drawer holds a lot more than it looks like it can. Vegetables stay nice and crisp. Easy access to the pull out drawer freezer and holds quite a bit of food. The refrigerator is nice and quiet. Stainless Steel cleans up real nice!

Bought this fridge 6 weeks ago. I must say that we are very happy with it so far. The finish is beautiful and easy to take care of. The capacity for fresh food is unbelievable. Our fresh veggies stay crisp and and the temp inside remains at 37F as we purchased a thermometer to be sure, The freezer is huge and easy to access from the bottom. We are extremely happy with our new LG! The features of the bottom freezer unsurpassed.

LG fridge seems well made compared to other manufacturer brands. Have only had it for a few weeks, but hope it will last as long as our old fridge that lasted 18 years. Only design flaw is the shelves, because of the way they hook in. You can not stagger them to fit taller items, unless you remove one. Same with bins on side, as they are limited too.
