I love this refrigerator except for the glass shelves. They will not stay level in the center where the two shelves meet. The center shelf supports don’t stop them from sagging. Is anyone else experiencing this?

I am still without a freezer therefore lm not truly satisfied l do have other LG appliances that hasn’t been any issues thus far l was told a part was ordered but no further word on its status This refrigerator is only4 years old
