[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased 3 weeks ago. Yesterday I had a very nice LG service fellow out. Told me that the newer models are noisy and do vibrate because energy efficient. It is so annoying! I do not recommend if you live in a studio apartment or, as my case, the kitchen wall, where refrigerator sits, is right next to living room wall.. no door and no insulation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Plenty of room inside and we really love the black stainless steel finish (sides are plain black). The shorter height works in our kitchen. Regular operation is very quiet, with icemaking noises occasionally. Two minor things: one, the doors do not close on their own when at 30 degree angle or less (manual says they should), which has led to some unintentional leaving a door ajar despite the helpful open-door alarm, and two, the freezer dual areas can be loud and clanky when used. Neither of these takes this down a star, though. We’re still very happy.

The pantry style was what he wanted. We were thrilled to find this LG model knowing wait times and chip problems due to the pandemic abound.

Bought refrigerator in January 2023. Bought stainless steel that is NOT the fingerprintless style but we knew we could deal with that as we are seniors with no little ones around. We are always very careful and meticulous! Our complaint is the water streaking! If condensation from freezer/frig drips on the door or any moisture at all, it leaves terrible streak marks that CAN NOT be removed!! It stains it permanently!! We have tried all the recommend stainless steel cleaners and nothing works!! Why they still make this type of stainless steel for appliances is crazy! We did have a choice to purchase the fingerprintless but at a much higher price($700.00 more) for the exact same model!! Ludicrous!!! Fingerprints and smudges that are removable are one thing but permanent water marks are unacceptable!!!

For the first three years no problem until now. I had to replace the compressor and that wasn’t fun. My refrigerator began to make a popping sound for several weeks and then it stopped cooling. So I lost most of my food because it happened overnight.

That's when we came across our LG French door refrigerator and, let me tell you, it was love at first sight! It not only fit our dimensions it looked amazing and truly completed our renovation. The stainless steel provides a classic look to our kitchen and it's slim design is second to none. Overall, we are ecstatic with our purchase and would recommend the product to anyone looking to elevate their kitchens style-status!

Stay away from LG. TOTAL JUNK. Seal system / compressor crapped out within 5 years...labor alone cost over half the total cost of the fridge. A total loss. If you're looking for reliability...look to any other company than LG. CUSTOMER SERVICE is USE LESS.

I received my fridge in early February and could not be happier. It is SO quiet and roomy. It has all the bells and whistles for me.

This one of the few french door refrigerators that had the right dimensions to fit my cabinet area, Extremely pleased with purchase of this good looking and practical refrigerator. It is very quiet and keeps the produce fresh longer than my previous unit. The glide drawer and adjustable trays helps us efficiently organize food items. The reliable and energy efficient LG refrigerator will pay for itself in the long run!

Plenty of room for all our food and beverages. The meat/cheese drawer has lots of room too. Temperature control is spot on! The stainless steel finish fits right in with our other appliances too. Great Refrigerator!
