Bought 2 sets (1 for Mom %26 1 for myself) 09/28/24. As of this week June 2026 Mom's phones audible quit working. She can hear the caller, but the caller cannot hear her. I checked all phones and verified the volume raised on each phone. Unplugged the base and plugged back in again. Tried to send email to Panasonic, but the contact seems to be a Chat during weekdays.

Hope these last as long as the previous phones. Hated seeing them finally die, but they lived a long life. These are same brand and very similar--still working on getting all my directory in them.

It is a good buy. It has a good spam filter feature. However, I can not upgrade from an older Panasonic unit, about 4 years old. All numbers has to be manually newly entered again, except for my two cell's.

Ok, my 5th Panasonic phone system and these have all the latest features. Call one button blocking with code required to finish the call. Total block of all numbers listed in the standard exclude bank and what you added. Needed changes: Dial tone very loud and volume for speaker voice needs to be higher. A head set will fix most of these issues and any 2.5MM headset with a microphone will work nicely. BT only works on base phone. Unfortunately most base phones these days are at the cable modem which is never in a convenient location. If you are wiring a house when it is new/ bribe the electrician to make all com connections behind your media center and then run quality LAN and Telephone cable to each room from the media center wall. Then run one RG-6 cable and one heavy duty telephone wire to your outside access point.

I've had Panasonic multi-phone systems for at least 17+ years. This system is made with very thin plastic and is not even close to the quality of past models. After charging for 2 days before connecting to the phone line, the handsets would not maintain a connection to the base. The screens go blank intermittently, as if there is no charge on the battery. After placing each handset back into the base unit, 4 handsets show full battery and one never went beyond one bar. The handsets go blank shortly after being placed back in their individual charging stations, and one chirps constantly like it has just made connection with the charger. Once each unit is removed from the chargers, they remain blank and have no dial tone. None give a verbal low battery warning. Speaker volume is severely deficient compared to the 5 year old ones they were supposed to replace. Junk.

Long time Panasonic user with it's voice caller-id announcement of an inbound call. Impressed how the block call button makes it so easy to stop an inbound spam call and add to the blocked list. Voice paging other extensions is new for me; I am liking it.

I purchased this December 20, 2020 from Sam's Club on line. The quality of the speaker sound coming out of all the phones is very poor. My wife and I have difficulty understanding the caller and often they have to repeat for us. I have finally decided to try and see if I can return this under the warranty since I have had it longer than the 90 return policy offered by Sam's Club. A lot of times we have to ask the caller to call our cell phone in order to understand them.

i have a 15 year old version of this but I wanted a better call block feature. Sadly, the older stuff was made better. Older remotes seem stronger signal-wise, newer remotes only had 600 mAh batteries, feel almost too light, and the older buttons were classy, the newer are a little cheaper but bigger. They swapped the top and second row of the on, off, and speaker buttons. The voice clarity is no better but not meaningfully worse. I'm good with tech and no phone book entry transfer seemed to work. But, the call block does work and is very easy to use, just press "call block" after an unwanted call and it will not repeat. Unfortunately, call block only works on the number and not the caller ID, too. I'm keeping it and trying to be comfortable. Recommend it but keep your expectations modest.

We were being bombarded with spam calls on our landline and quite tired of the ones about expiring vehicle insurance. We already had a Panasonic 6.0 but it was a trial of patience to block calls. This model makes it very easy with one push of a button which is the reason we decided to upgrade.
