Two headsets and the base did not work. I even bought new rechargable batteries to put in the ones that did not work. Return process was easy and my credit card was credited within a few days.

Panasonic has gone downhill in cordless phones, don't work like it should as far as Bluetooth and the sound quality on speaker phone is very tinny sounding. I rate it as a P.O.S.

I have been using a nearly identical set for years, so when I needed to replace them I got as close to the same thing as I could, but the audio is not nearly as good as my older phones. Low volume and bad static. Very disappointed.

Just upgrading my previous seven year old Panasonic model. New model has larger digits, back lit key pad, and the many features. I like the easy call blocking. Handset away from the charging base does not last as long as the previous model, but it’s not a problem with five handsets, my reason for the four star rating. Gave my used set to a friend and she loves the old set better than her other brand one year old cordless phones.

I gave the phones as a gift from some friends. They are so excited....the sound is good and they love the blocking button (blocks numbers from calling you again). Also, great for them to have five phones. Link to Cell is excellent when the cell phone is in another room and it rings, or you just want to make a call from your cell phone and you can do it using any of the five cordless phone handsets.

Purchased these for my mother who has a progressive hearing loss. The phones seem to be well designed for those with hearing difficulties. They are also able to be linked with a smartphone and easy to install. Good value for an increasingly difficult item to find.

We had the first version of this phone for years and it finally went to phone heaven. Found this Panasonic phone on Sam’s website and had to order it. This phone is so easy to set up and very easy to program phone numbers. Like the call block and call waiting.

This purchase was to replace a 10 year old simular Panasonic cordless phone set that was damaged in a recent electrical storm. The quality of these newer phones is much less than the older set. When using the speaker phone, the quality is very poor. It is hard to understand what is being said unless the volumn is turned down very low. No longer displaying the "phonebook" as a permanent soft key display makes using the phonebook more complicated and cumberson. The added phone number storage quantities and the call block function buttons are a nice improvement. Not being able to delete only a single voice mail message on a handset instead of the delete all messages, is not a useful option. In short, the phone set works fine as expected, but the change to some of the features and equipment operations are not on the same par with the older Panasonic phone sets.

I love the way these phones say who is calling when someone calls. They have so many good features like the automatic blocking of unwanted calls. You can also add your cell to this phone on blue tooth etc. These are just a few of the features I really like, there are more though.

This is a good replacement for our old panasonic whole house telephone system with some new tech advancements. It was pretty easy to set up and even connect to cell phones. But, the audio quality for cell phone Bluetooth was not acceptable and we just turned it off. It was nice being able to import phone numbers through the cell phone connection. Audio quality of the phones is acceptable but nothing "to write home about".
