Had a very similar set for several years. Decided to purchase new phones and decided on these. Have been installed now for several days now and are very happy. One of the new features we loved was being able to transfer your cell phone contacts list directly to this home phone system. Are very happy to this point.

I am so pleased with this purchase these Panasonic phones are everything they allow you to connect 2 cell phones so you don't have to walk around the house with your cell phone you can just answer the home phone the only problem you can't read your text messages but you can be alerted when you receive a text message the quality of the phone is crystal clear you can always increase your volume they stand up alone without having to be in the charging base that was most important when I'm in the kitchen cooking and I want the speaker phone on I can still hear everybody because the phone will stand upright on its own great purchase would suggest anybody buy these I bought the 5 handled set because I didn't want to run out or have to change the set because of being upgraded that's what happened to AT&T they no longer sold the set I had for years so I had to switch to the Panasonic which was the greatest thing I've could have done so now I have a digital handset just in case I drop one I always have a backup would suggest to anybody buy this system oh yeah call blocking feature is also great....

I had Panasonic phones before.. These are just updated. They are brighter and the font looks larger.. Makes it easier to see. .I really like the blocking capability. Cuts down on robo calls. i will continue to buy Panasonic

I bought the system to replace an existing older Panasonic system with limited call blocking. After activating the spam blocking, all incoming calls that were not in my contact phone #’s were blocked. However, you can block individual unwanted callers. 2nd: My old wall mount base system had an access hole to tighten the bottom screw to firmly secure the base unit. The new base unit did not. It took a lot of time to screw in the bottom screw to secure the base firmly to the wall. Each time you have to remove the base to make the adjustment. So far, the only two issues. Other than that, GREAT SYSTEM.

I am not thrilled about the quality of this phone. My old Panasonic was built much better. However, the weight of the phones are much lighter. I am still trying to get use to the location of the keys on the main unit. I think the call block would be more useful if it respond immediately when you block and did not ring at all when the blocked number attempts a retry.

Panasonic dropped the ball on this one. The phone are all plastic now and very slippery to hold. My old Panasonic set had a rubber grip on the back of the handsets for a good feel and grip. The new ones are smaller, slippery and hard to hold. The sound quality is tinty and not do good and one of my handsets had no sound at all. I called Panasonic and their customer service said nothing they could do even though the cordless phone set was only 2 days old. So I had to take the cordless handset apart and re- solder the speaker connections on the circuit board. It works now but what a hassle. Speaking of Sams Club though they shipped my phones right out and received them in a week. Sam’s were good as always but Panasonic is another story.

I have been using a nearly identical set for years, so when I needed to replace them I got as close to the same thing as I could, but the audio is not nearly as good as my older phones. Low volume and bad static. Very disappointed.

Two headsets and the base did not work. I even bought new rechargable batteries to put in the ones that did not work. Return process was easy and my credit card was credited within a few days.

Phones had numerous features but would not hold a charge for you to use any of them. Disappointed because the quality of the items were no ways similar to the Panasonic phones I was replacing.

2 pieces did not work. The audio was bad. It was hard to understand the party we were talking to because of static on the line. Would not recommend to anyone
