One of the reasons, my sister and I like Aquafina is because the bottle cap was taller than other bottled water manufacturers. This made it easier to unscrew the cap. Without any notice, I ordered The Aquafina again and to my surprise, with no notice, the bottle cap is almost half the size of what it used to be, which makes it extremely difficult to open. It is ergonomically horrible !!

It’s a shame that this bottled water is difficult to open, the bottles all fall over and they leak on the 32 pack so all of the bottles are wet and smelly. Our organization usually purchases Aquafina from a warehouse club and Walmart, but now we’re looking for another brand to replace our 50 cases a month due to the issues with the bottles.

I understand trying to reduce waste however the new bottle design has a thin cap that does not stay on and leaks. Even though all water bottle lids pose a choking hazard this new design will not seal tightly and can screw right off or be bitten off the bottle by a toddler. I used to get this water specifically because their bottles had a secure lid that did not leak and would not come off easily. Disappointed in new design.

The taste of the water is outstanding, which I knew it would be. I gave away a csse of DASANI. Too much sodium! And now the problem; the bottle bottoms are so crooked, the bottle won’t stand up. I am bed ridden. I have a small table for every thing I need. Having to lay the water bottle on its side is a real problem. NIGHTMARE! I’m sure nobody likes a bottle that has to be laid on its side or it will fall over and roll away!

I like the taste of Aquafina water. I’m sorry Sam’s will no longer have it for pick up perhaps due to back injuries to staff so I will have to shop inside and put it in my cart. Sometimes I’m able to get help putting it in my car which is great because I’m 84 and struggle with the weight of it.

Give Aquafina Water 5 stars not on taste alone, but because the design team did the best job ever on designing the bottle. Plastic is sturdy enough to stand up on their own, not crush under the slightest pressure when drinking and the best screw cap out there. Cap is larger then most making it easy to unscrew.

I love the water. That tiny blue bottle top is ridiculous. Most of the tops don't close tight. They just keep going 'round and 'round. Walmart, get rid of those tiny blue bottle tops. Keep the normal size tops. I'm pretty sure, I'm not the only one complaining about this.

I love Aquafina I have purchased 2 or 3 cases every month for years I don't like any water that has the taste of metals in it. So I am delighted that I can get Aquafina because we have water that is hard on our pipes turns bath tubs %26 stools brown %26 eats away the finish it also makes my kidneys hurt if I have to drink it. So please keep up the great job you're doing supplying us with such great tasting %26 good for us.

It seems like they've made the bottles a bit sturdier, and they aren't filling them to the brim, so that the water doesn't squeeze out because of the flimsy bottles. And this time they've used big caps, which are great for people with arthritis in their hands.

Great brand of water. Only issue is the plastic that contains the water is sometimes too loose and bottles spill out when lifting the bottles from the cart to your vehicle. They need to tighten the plastic to avoid water bottles falling out when lifting the package.
