The Product is fine , the cap for accessibility is extremely difficult for seniors with arthritis. The older cap with some substance enabled a better grip. (FYI) the older cap design was the deciding factor all along but lately the bottles are collapsing because there’s not enough cap to grip. Don’t follow what the green cap has done. ✌🏻

Walmart is the only place I’ve been able to find where the bottles still have the thick white caps. I can’t stand the flimsy blue ones and my toddlers can open those with their teeth and just dump whole bottles out, so most of it gets wasted unfortunately.

Trying to find the best water actually the best water bottle was my goal, and I called several people that I know and ask what kind of bottled water they use and I decided because of the quality of the bottle I decided on this brand of water, the micro plastics they talk about is a concern, but we don’t drink our city water here and when I lived in Florida, we never drank our well water that had a very expensive osmosis system for use in the house and I thought about getting that here in my home now but it’s so handy to have the bottled water and this is the one I chose and I’m happy with it so give it a try and you might agree.

MY ONLY ISSUE WITH THIS PRODUCT IS THE CAP AND HOW THEY LACK ABILITY TO LOCK DOWN AND SECURELY CLOSE. CAPS WILL SPIN AND SPIN WITHOUT LOCKING DOWN . MOST COMPANIES IN THIS MARKWT ARE DOING SAME . SOFT DRINK CAPS ARE POORER QUALITY THAN THEY USED TO BE

Love the white caps and today the cheap blue caps arrived. They break easy, hard to hold into and I detest them. Please bring back only the white caps.

Why did u change the caps. I’ll never buy again. We only chose this water because you could still fall asleep with a bottle next to us in bed and not flood the bed because of the cheap flimsy piece of a cap most waters have. But now you are the same. Only Le Blue left as great plastic water bottle water. Most bottles of water taste good. Making packaging the biggest difference.

It would be helpful if this company would tell people where the water is obtained and how it is “purified.” The change to bottles that crumble too easily and lids that are almost nonexistent is not helpful. You’re not saving the planet. You’re making the corporate shareholders richer while raising prices on the customers.

I have been happy to pay the price for Aquafina for years because Sam's (at least my local clubs) sold the original bottles. Today, 05/17/2024, I discovered my club now has the Eco-Fina lightweight, thin, flimsy bottles. Besides being hard to hold without spilling, hard to drink from without the constant crackling sounds, one of the cases I put in my cart sprung one, or more, leaks before I got to my car. If all I can get are flimsy bottles, it only makes sense to start buying a less costly flimsy bottle of water. I will not buy Aquafina Ecofina bottled water again.

The only reason I have purchased Aquafina for years is it was the only reasonably priced water that came in a practical bottle with a normal lid that could be reliably opened and closed. I was very disappointed when my last two packs have a new bottle with the terrible cheap lids. You have to try multiple times to get the lid back on so that it seals well enough to shake your water. I’m buying nestle pure life to save a couple bucks until this is fixed. I no longer have a reason to spend any more on Aquafina. Fix your bottles and I’ll fix this review.

they have changed the screw top to be a short thin cap. not like a pop bottle cap as it was 2 months ago and prior. it wont stay closed once opened. why did they change that ?????? it is annoying.. and was the reason i always chose aquafina water.
