For whatever reason, my wife likes this bottled tap water. It’s a lot worse than the water that comes out of our tap. It contains everything and more than what comes out of the faucet. Smells like clown farts. Tastes what I image clown farts would taste. Absolutely hate it. Wish it would get pulled from the market so I wouldn’t have to waste my money on it. Please pull this from the market

When I bought this water the cap of bottles was blue and that is why I bought them, but I received white cap and I do not like it because bottles come easily crooked and when the bottle opens it turns and the water laughs on the table or where it puts, so that is so embarrassing, then you can imagine how I feel with those bottles with WHITE cup, instead of BLUE as the picture is.

My family likes Aquafina Water the best and we are so glad they got rid of their Ecofina bottles...you aren't saving much if you lose half your water trying to open the bottle. The only complaint we currently have is the size of the packages...32 bottles is too overwhelming. I can't imagine someone trying to pick up/carry this package if they have back issues, etc.

Arg, I don't like leaving negative reviews, but I hope my disappointment will save someone some money. This is the most expensive case of bottled water I have bought, yet the bottle quality is the worst. More than half of the bottles in this case are uneven; they barely stand, or the ones that do manage to stand are crooked (but at least they're trying to stand, so props to them). The plastic material also feels very flimsy. OK, now that the negatives are out of the way, there are good qualities to this product: the water is good (even if I can't tell the difference between the cheaper brand and this one), and the bottle size is slim, which is handy if you have a small bag and want to carry it easily, with no need for the bottle to stand on its own.

We switched to Aquaphina when we noticed many other brands have sodium added, and we wondered if that’s why we drank so much water..because the sodium intake was making us thirsty? Also I like how the caps are a bit taller to drip and twist off compared to many other brands…very important for older people or those with a condition that weakens your hand strength.

The product is fine, it’s the process of picking it up that very broken. Often takes 30 minutes before someone comes to the pickup space or dock door. Rarely is it properly stretch wrapped for transport. Not sure if it’s just this club but it’s very time consuming to pick up the orders.

If you drop a bottle on the floor it explodes - water everywhere. No longer a sealed container you can take with you. Sometimes leaks just by squeezing the bottle. Might as well just sell it in a Dixie cup if you cannot rely on the bottle as a suitable container to keep the water in.

Not really a bottle water fan, but where I live the water is bad most of the time. The really bad thing is they don't tell you for months after it has serious problems. A month ago my bill had in tiny writing on the back of the card thay sen on for a bill said, We need to notify you that a couple of months ago the water test came back with a ton of stuff in it. The one that stood out to me was Esbestos. It always says things like, We wanted you to be aware in case you have health problems or are on medication. So, I buy the Members Mark for coffee machine ice machine, cooking etc. When I would like a cold drink of water and I freeze one to take to bed so I don't have to have a refrigerator in the bedroom.

My delivery was perfect! Reynaldo was very nice and professional. I received a text from him letting me know he was on his way and how long before he would be delivering my order. He was right on time. What was most impressive was the neat and orderly way he he placed the groceries on my porch.

This is our favorite brand of water. However, recently the lids have changed and they are now smaller. Because of this, it is almost impossible to open the bottle without spilling water all over yourself. I think the taste is great, but the bottle and packaging could use improvement.
