I never did get my water and at almost 9pm my dog was barking so loud at the door snd i heard the door bell but,very faint so myself being disabled i went to door and looked didnt see anyone so i cracked the door and seen my items at the front door no Wal Mart bags just what items were in someone could have gotten my items just that quick because i live in a apartment complex.

This is a complaint to PEPSI management... Always like this water... BUT.. the ridiculous increase in price... COMBINED with the TERRIBLE new bottles and lids (JUNK... leak...and so flimsy they fall over...) POOR MARKETING to raise the prices sky high along with downgrading the product... Too many other brands with CHEAP BOTTLES... less costly to buy.... if you want to sell junk... prices need to go DOWN.. NOT UP.

Things I like about Aquafina... I like Aquafina when it is packaged in the sturdier bottles. I do not like the 'eco' friendly bottles as they are too thin and flimsy and sometimes do not stand up properly. I also like the labels because they are not paper and will not disintegrate when put in a cooler with ice. I do not like the 'eco' friendly bottle because they are too thin and flimsy. Sometimes they do not even stand up properly.

this was my first time ordering on line - i was unaware that i could check a box or something to not have a replacement on certain items. like my dasani water, i dont like any other water but that, so lesson learned. otherwise it was very convenient to drive up and have my groceries delivered to my car.

This one cost alittle more but it’s worth it. Sometimes they come with a white cap not the blue cap and if you can find the white cap ones they close better than the blue caps. Water doesn’t really have a flavor and I noticed some does seem as clean and fresh but this one does. I buy the his one a lot and recommend and will keep buying it.

I have tried almost every water out there and always come back to this. It tastes clean and fresh. I really like it. The steps they go through to purify this water is great. Even though it may be originally from tap water, I don't care. I just want good purified water. Tried the mineral spring best water you can get and actually it caused my kidneys to hurt. I really noticed it. So, for me I can't do that. It may be the calcium in certain spring waters. I read a review by someone that said he did get kidney stones had a terrible time and realized he was drinking spring water when it started to happen. I believe it after my kidneys were really hurting after I tried it so, this is my favorite, safe water I can feel good about. I can always take vitamins. Wish the bottles were thicker and better quality. But the water is really good.

Bottles received with delivery - not shipped - are not bottles shown in picture. Bottles in picture have a structured, smooth middle to the bottle, making them a stronger bottle. Bottles received are super thin, with curved design from top to bottom. When adding bottles to fridge a few at a time, sometimes the bottles are wet. Not sure whether leaking from lids or cracks in the bottles. Water tastes great, just wish I could get the bottles in the pictures.

Its water so there is not much to say. Its clear like water should be and has no taste like water. The ONLY gripe people may have or see is that the new bottles many companies use are made with less plastic. Which equates to the bottle being very flimsy so its hard to open without squeezing the bottle so hard that water splashes out when you open it. But that's all to save plastic and the environment, because so many of us are using plastic bottles now.

I have been drinking this water for years, even though Pepsico does not know how to make bottles that stand straight. I even called them a couple of years ago and they told me that was because their water is eco friendly. Once again, a bottle fell on it's own all over my paperwork and this is the end for me, goodbye aquafina Franco M
