I ordered this brand per my Mother… Obviously, since she recommended this brand to me, there’s been a change in the bottle!! I ordered 2 cases and what a disastrous joke that was! Bottles were completely slanted on the bottoms of some, making it impossible to stand… when opening some the water would literally spill out of them due to the difficulty of opening the lid!!! We were NEVER so glad to be finished with the 2 cases we ordered! Good thing Walmart refunded us for both cases, Thank YOU Walmart!

Bottles made so cheaply now that lids don’t unscrew. Only way to open is to bang on counter like biscuit roll with lid shooting across kitchen %26 water everywhere, 1/4 bottle spilled. I tried Dasani %26 they don’t do this %26 you can actually collapse the empty bottle to save space in trash %26 unlike Aquafina, when recapped-air or water doesn’t leak out. After 25 years I switched since the Aquafina bottle quality is nonexistent.

This is a complaint to PEPSI management... Always like this water... BUT.. the ridiculous increase in price... COMBINED with the TERRIBLE new bottles and lids (JUNK... leak...and so flimsy they fall over...) POOR MARKETING to raise the prices sky high along with downgrading the product... Too many other brands with CHEAP BOTTLES... less costly to buy.... if you want to sell junk... prices need to go DOWN.. NOT UP.

I order water for our office. I always order at least 4 - 5 cases every 4 - 6 weeks. I used to order from Office Depot but decided to switch to Walmart. The case are larger and the price is almost the same. I ordered 4 cases this first time. When it was delivered one of the cases had about 10 bottles busted in it, water was all over the place, box was torn, etc. I did get a great deal, the delivery was just terrible.

This has NOTHING TO DO WITH MY AQUAFINA PRODUCT... I always check my receipts before I leave or when I get home. Could not figure out one item(charged 2X) but saw the cashier(who was a very informative employee) had charged me for 6 Hershey's Bars when I purchased 4 (3 Milk

Water tastes very good. Only problem is that the bottom of the bottle is bowed and there's no way to keep a bottle of water standing upright. Obviously, very cheap plastic was used to make the bottles. Very disappointed. Will not purchase this brand again.

this used to be the only water that I would buy since Dasani contains salt. revenue I bought 2 cases of Aqufina and noticed they remade the bottles to the cheap crinkly kind and changed the lids as well, now they are so tiny I can barely open them and they won't tighten all the way, it will just keep turning and it leaks. so 5 thumbs down to the new package 👎👎👎👎👎 I'll deal with a little salt %26 buy Dasani from now on!

The water is probably the best bottled water that I have ever tasted. The price is great. However, the bottles crush in when you just lightly hold them. When you try to open them, water comes pouring out the top. You have to grip the bottles in order to open them, and this causes the water to run out all over the place. I contacted the company and they have no intentions of purchasing thicker bottles that don't cave in and destruct. I will never buy this water again. I would rather pay more to get bottles that are better.

I drink Aquafina DAILY. It has a flavor of clean freshness. is it minerals? Is it the reverse osmosis? I don't know, but once you have drank Aquafina you realize how awful Deer Park, Dasani, Zephyrhills and the others taste. I have no less than 4 cases of Aquafina in my home at all times. I want nothing else.

I have been drinking this water for years, even though Pepsico does not know how to make bottles that stand straight. I even called them a couple of years ago and they told me that was because their water is eco friendly. Once again, a bottle fell on it's own all over my paperwork and this is the end for me, goodbye aquafina Franco M
