I buy the better water. I expect a better quality bottle. These bottles are wrapped in a thin bottle, which I can't stand. I expect a thicker plastic, something that will not melt in my hand. It makes me feel the water is just as cheap.

The bottle quality is not as good as it used to be and as such I will not buy it from Sams because of it. I'll pay more if I have to for the better/stronger bottle - same quality of water, better quality container.

Love the water, but Sams hasn't carried it locally for many months. It's basically the main reason I renew ever year, as we go through a lot of it. I could do without the other odds and ends.

I am a vending operator. The new bottle design does not work in pop machines. The product Sam's recommends does not work in pop machines either. All vending operators I have spoken to have switched suppliers the same as I have. Steve

It used to be one of the best packaging purified water, but after they changed the bottle thickness and the size of the cap, it's among the worst now! The bottle is flimsy and the blue small hard-to-grap blue cap is cheaper now! Return back to your previous good quality packaging please!

This one cost alittle more but it’s worth it. Sometimes they come with a white cap not the blue cap and if you can find the white cap ones they close better than the blue caps. Water doesn’t really have a flavor and I noticed some does seem as clean and fresh but this one does. I buy the his one a lot and recommend and will keep buying it.

I used to buy 15 cases a month, since the cheaper, flimsy bottles and caps that are tiny and not only hard to open but also causes a lot of water to spill. Stopped buying it since the change and won't buy it again unless they change. I've been a loyal consumer of this product since it first appeared on the market decades ago.
