We had this item to keep our solid surface and carpet area clean. The unit did pick up loose dirt but never covered the entire available area. It would cover one room then return to its base with an error When I returned home and heard the portable battery operated unit working I knew the device was too expense you to keep I returned the into to Sam’s for a refund today!

We use the Roomba in our bedroom. It does a very good job vacuuming, but rarely returns to the base. It gets stuck somewhere most of the time. We have an adjustable bed which has several “legs” under the frame and it generally gets stuck under there. This Roomba does not use navigation and just bounces around semi-randomly (aside from edges which it tends to follow). It bounces back and forth between the bed legs and can’t find its way out. Would have given it 5 stars for its performance otherwise. Would be great if you don’t have Chairs, beds or other furniture around where it can get stuck.

Bought this to use in the sanctuary at our church, vacuuming under the pews is a difficult job. So far this is working great. We need to post a warning though that "Jimmy" (named by my grandson) is in use. The other evening Jimmy was running and a member had no idea, went in to get something and it bumped his foot, he jumped and wasn't sure if it was a rat or maybe even the Holy Spirit!!

The first thing I noticed when I plugged it in was that the battery was completely dead. This means that the battery would go out quick and it sure did. It takes forever to charge and it drains quickly. As far as performance, I put the station in the area were I want it to pick up the random little my cats leave when getting out of their box, it completely has missed the whole area in the 30 minute loud running time. I even checked the bin to see what it had picked up and there was almost nothing in it. Not worth the price for something that misses the mess and runs around aimlessly and is noisy. Returning this next week.

This was the best investment I have since adopting a dog. It runs all around cleaning up the fur balls out of all the corners. To navigates the rugs carpets and tile like a pro. The only downfall is on patterned rugs with black shapes or patterns it mistakenly feels they are steps or a drop off, comes to a stop and cries “cliff”. But I think that could just be a lightning issue as it is intermittent depending on the time of day. Would definitely recommend for anyone.

Purchased about a year ago. This Roomba did okay for about six months. Then it was in constant error mode for some reason or another and getting stuck in places that my old Roomba never did. Now it is just giving the same error and won't work at all even though we've followed the instructions.

bought March 2022, it broke part that holds beater bar on in September. I keep getting the runaround from the sams club warranty even though I bought a 3 year warranty. Be warry of buying expensive items from Sam's Club again since they are difficult to get a replacement or refund from.

I bought this product and I believe they send me the wrong set of instructions in the box. I downloaded the app, and tried to follow the instructions, but the model I received was not part of those instructions. Wasted about 2 hours of my time and could not get to do anything besides turning it on manually. Even then the machine just searched to dock every time. I had to waste another 45 minutes or more in going to the store to return it.

Total Junk. Spend the extra money and buy one of the "i" series, you'll be glad you did. This vacuum basically operates like a ping pong ball that randomly bounces around your house. It gets lost every time and can't find its base, so the battery dies and you find it randomly around the house. This vacuum also frequently gets stuck. The canister does not hold enough for the vacuum to clean the 900 or so square feet I require. I purchased this to aid in efficiency around our house, ultimately it added another task each day.

I love the Roomba. I named him Bob so I could use my husband's name and the word "vacuum" in the same sentence. I thought our house was fairly clean. Then came Bob. He manages to find dirt every day, but he goes places other vacuums and brooms can't go.
