I am happy to have a helper like roomba. It is much easier to clean having roomba doing most of the cleaning shores since I can watch TV or seat for a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. My dog ( Lucy) is always checking at roomba to supervise where it is.

I come home to vacuum floors every day what is not to love. It does miss some spots, but it's a big space so that may not help. It loves to get stuck on cords so if you aren't home when it runs; either pick up the cords or close doors to those rooms and do them when you get home. I had a bad cord in my 1st package and customer service was very helpful and sent a new cord and even called back to make sure the cord worked and the Roomba was working.

Great product that easily helps keep my house clean! My girlfriend loves coming over to my place now since I have "clean floors" (which are a combo of tile and carpet). Although I keep my place tidy and organized, I hated vacuuming everyday and this easily solved that problem. Helps keep the floors clean with minimal effort..."Set it and forget it" is the motto and my iRobot..."Romeo Da Roomba" is worth every penny. He goes on at 12:30 PM while I'm at work and me and/or my girlfriend come home to a much cleaner place. You'll never have to hear a complaint about your floors being dirty, there being too much pet hair or your girlfriend/wife/etc. hair being on the floor...Romeo Da Roomba takes care if that for me...everyday...at 12:30 PM. Best investment in a product I made this year and it worked so well that we got one for my girlfriend too! I love this vacuum and you will too!

We use it in our new Villa home. Our main level is hard wood floors and carpet. It gets stuck on area rug, cords or when it tries to force its way under a bench we have. We feel it's very noisy and misses a lot of areas. I will say the area's it does clean it does a good job.

Received for Christmas as a gift. Ran it without setting up the app to see how it worked. Not bad, cleaned ok but not fantastic. Seemed to need help moving around an entire open space and just going around the same areas, missing spots. I figured it was just because I wasn't running it with the app and couldn't map the floorplan. To my surprise, in 2021 a WiFi connected "robot" can't run off 5G....are you serious??? Sending it back and continuing my research. Very disappointed.

At first I hovered over it like a helicopter mom but soon relaxed when I realized if it got stuck it would work it's way free. I don't use it when I am not home so it doesn't find the stray cat toy I always miss picking up. I have not experienced any issues.

I'll admit I'm new to this Roomba thing. I received this Roomba as a gift and was looking forward to it helping me to keep up with sweeping. Not expecting it to clean every floor flawlessly, but spot cleaning or general upkeep was definitely a wish...... This thing cleans when it wants to, or when it runs over something that it can pick up. The small debris sometimes just get pushed around the floor but it does pick up quite a bit that it gets to. Since this model is not one that maps out the room, I will say that if you're expecting it to clean all of the room, you may be disappointed as it roams around randomly and misses quite a bit. It will clean what it can't avoid....much like my teenagers. After the Roomba cleans, I find myself following up with a broom and sweeping anyway. But it's not a replacement for brooms. It does put itself back on its charger and when I empty the bin, it does get a lot of small dirt and debris. It's not too noisy and unlike a vacuum, my dog doesn't try to attack it. My kids have lovingly named it the Millermaid2000, but that was before we used it for the first time. Long story short, it's a good product, but if you can afford the more expensive models, I recommend upgrading.

I have had three prior Roombas, I just wear them out I guess. I replace about every 2 years. This last purchase is very difficult to open. The wand before emptying the bin is the issue. it just does not want to open, I feel like I have to pry it open each time. Good for cleaning pet fur

I found my robot friend wrapped underneath the xmas tree and I admit I was skeptical about whether it could do the job. I have two cats, a dog and am a full time artist. My house is hairy and dusty and I sheepishly admit I don't clean often. I thought it would take its maiden voyage across the living room and choke to death on a pet hair and sawdust buffet. I took it out of the box and connected it to the home wifi, charged it without any issues and within a couple hours my floors were clean! They're still clean albeit with an occasional dirty corner - but considering my lackadaisical housekeeping it certainly is a vast improvement! I want five of them to start my own robot army.

All in all I would recommend this product. I purchased it because we installed brand new grey/black kitchen flooring that show every little tiny white/light speck that hits the ground. After the 4th day, my husband told me I would have to sweep every day. NOT HAPPENING! I work two jobs and take care of a 3 year old and 15 year old grandson. I does keep the new kitchen floor looking good every day. I set ours to clean at midnight. I work a lot so I really don't want to watch or hear it working. The filter seems to hang on to the dust it picks up-so I find myself taking it out and brushing it off. It has become somewhat of an adventure. Every morning I am intrigued to see whether or not it has made it to its dock. I try to make sure that there is nothing on the floor that it should not come into contact with. It got tangled in our phone charger station, it found a kleenix and that jammed the brushes, it got into a room that is usually closed off and partially sucked up our teenager's sock...which caused it to jam. It has found receipts and gotten those stuck in the brushes. It has gotten lost under a love seat, in a corner and under the kitchen table. This is all over a 6 week span... It has been entertaining...Some days it vacuums for an hour and a half, some days for 3 hours. Which makes no sense to me. All those challenges taken into consideration...I would buy it again. I like the fact that something other than ME is vacuuming.
