We are going over 4 years with our Roomba and still love it. It's dependable, product repair and replacement parts are always available and easy to order (love that) I've replaced the battery once, probably because it got lost, I left the house, and didn't get it back in its charger until a day later. We have 2 pups, one is quite the shedder. Using this everyday, keeps the hair out-of-site and our house clean. We get compliments all the time on how clean our house is with 3 dogs...and they are inside/outside dogs, constantly running through the doggie door all day and night. the pickup on this thing is incredibly. I've found heavy nuts and bolts in it before! It is not easy to deep-clean, but for me, because it is so effective, I'm ok with spending 10-15 minutes a month cleaning it up so it's always in top shape. Years later, I'm still glad I purchased our Roomba. We got the Braava also. They are quite the duo! I'm a Happy Camper.

Love my Benson...have wanted one for awhile and the kids surprised me with it for my birthday. So easy to use and convenient. Was finding my vacuum hard to push on the carpet so the Roomba is great for me. It does a great job on both the carpet and the tile and was pretty easy to set up and I am computer challenged. Very easy to clean the bin. Whenever I take out my regular vacuum it makes me appreciate the Roomba even more. Would definitely recommend it.

I recommend my Robot Ruthie to everyone that comes here. This is one of the best purchases I've made. It works so good. I even say "thank you Ruthie " when she is done and goes and docks herself. Great with the WiFi programing. It is easy to setup and use. You'll love one, too!

It does a great job. We have to start it our selves, no scheduling capabilities. We will never have smartphones. I would not have bought this new one if we knew that was needed! Good thing its the downstairs robot and not used every day like the one upstairs! I am really ok , just think it should be obvious for older people to have that info.

I told my family I didn't think I would use one of these robot vacuums. I vacuum almost every day because of a badly shedding dog. Well, for Mother's Day they came over for a cookout & gave me a pretty wrapped box & it was a Roomba 675. I took it upstairs on all carpet & it did an excellent job! Next I did the carpeted bedrooms downstairs & an excellent job. We have a sleep number bed & it did try to run over the tubes & plug-in wire, so I fixed them where they're up now. No big deal. I loved how it did under my beds! Then today I did the hardwood floors. Another fantastic job. I will recommend this to everyone. My son said if I liked it he would get one too, he knows I'm a little over the top on a clean house. Thank you Roomba for a great product, & thanks to my kids & grandkids who gave me a gift I'll use everyday!!!!

Love our Roomba. My adult children have them and I thought it was a gimmick until they got me one for Christmas. I love it-she does a great job getting the floors clean. Occasionally she gets stuck or we have to search for her if she runs out of battery life but for the most part she's great.

I run Roomba weekly on my first floor which is all hardwood. We have several area rugs and it gets hung up on the dark colored one in front of my refrigerator. It thinks its on a 'cliff'. That, and the fact that it doesn't fit under my couch are the only cons that I can say about this machine. I would recommend!

I like this Roomba it functions just as well as my older ones. It does a good job cleaning but always comes back to the same areas over and over that I did not see my older Roomba doing. It does not dock well and the docking station is flimsy I wish I still had my bumpers to as this didn't come with any.

Seemed to do a decent job picking up but the side roller brush would squeak and stop turning. The motor was loud. Would not find the base to charge itself and randomly covered the floor. I returned ours for a Roomba i1. I am not sure how I feel about it yet, neither seem as good as my old shark with dual side rollers.

I run my roomba once a week, it picks up dust and hair (two girls with long hair). It goes under the couch, dining table, chairs. I have it clean the 1st floor then empty it and fully charge it before I have it clean the carpeted upstairs. Works best if it is emptied after each use. Not sure if the filter is a hepa filter, would be great if it is.
