My sweet son and daughter-in-law got me this for Christmas - I have thanked them a dozen times because this product has made such a difference in my life. It is so easy to use and when I empty the bin I feel like my house is cleaner - it picks up a lot of pet hair - never knew my cat shed so much.

Overall not bad for general area. It does not cover the area thoroughly. We have white tile throughout the house. So things stand out against the white. Between the Robo & handheld vacuum, we manage. It is just an OK unit nothing to jump up & down for.

It's is a great vacuum and I love that I can set the timer and just let it go. It does a nice job of vacuuming. I only gave it 4 stars because it does get stuck every single time it goes onto my area rig which is not thick. I would recommend for the busy Mom or Dad who has little time to worry about sweeping or vacuuming and entire house everyday.

bought this to help keep up with the dog, have an area rug with a black stripe on it, if it goes on the carpet it stops and thinks it is near a clif there should be a way to stop that if you live on a single level home. its useless unless you are home to constantly monitor it!

Seems to do OK cleaning where it goes. Gets stuck repeatedly every time. Only seems to complete part of a room. Never cleans some rooms. Repeatedly runs into same pieces of furniture. Can't find dock unless you set it right in front of it. Have to vacuum again after frustration makes us shut it off. Not sure why so many people like Roomba??

We held off on buying one questioning how much we'd like it, then my In-Laws gave us one for Christmas. As the headline read: One of the Best Gifts Ever! As I learned the machine and watched it function I grew more impressed with its efficiency, design, quality, and construction, especially the dual rotating sweepers and dust bin filter and fan! It transitions well between rooms with doorway transoms and onto and off of rugs.

It seems to spend a ridiculous amount of time in the same spots. It doesn't hit every spot on the floor. It takes a long time to return to home when I try to send it there. My wife likes it for convenience. I'm annoyed with it because I could get the same job done in 15 min that takes this vacuum an hour.

Need to buy much more expensive model that one can program. This one aimlessly wanders and recleans same spots many times but misses dirty spots. Have to literally pick it up and put it in different places to get floor clean. Faster more effective sweeping with broom.

I have friends that are hesitant to purchase because they think their pet hair will clog it up! Not true! I have two hairy dogs and this vacuum keeps all the pet hair cleaned up for me, and have not had it clogged up at all! I clean out the brushes about every 3-4 weeks, and that's pretty easy to do! Down side? I do not currently have any rugs in my home, however my daughter does and complains about the vacuum getting stuck on hers. I would like to get some rugs so I'm taking into consideration the type of rugs. Not too shaggy, not too thin either. I'll let you know how that goes!

Hazel cleans really well as whole, but takes a LONG time to clean the kitchen and dining/living room. She also tends to go over some areas over and over, but only hits other areas once. Finally, Hazel needs wide open spaces. She gets stuck under some furniture (rams into rocker/recliner hard enough to get under but then gets trapped) and stuck between dining room table and chairs (gets in with ease but can't reverse path out).
